No. 15. FIFTEEN, people. Anyone upset by this is the absolute definition of prospect-hugging.
WE STILL HAVE 14 BETTER PROSPECTS.
Boston Smith was going to rank #15 overall on the midseason top 30 list at @FutureSox. Real LH juice and patience at the plate but defensive questions. Probably a big league bench bat. #WhiteSox
Tristan Peters cycle facts gleaned from other posts:
Seventh cycle in @whitesox history.
Third player since 1961 to get last two legs in the same inning, joining Felix Pie (8/14/2009 - 7th: 1B, 3B) and Jim Ray Hart (7/8/1970 - 5th: 3B, HR).
Tristan Peters hit for the cycle, and I'm guessing the White Sox didn't think they'd be stealing some of the spotlight from it at the time they decided to trade Jacob Gonzalez to Pittsburgh. soxmachine.com/2026/07/white…

FCS championship economic impact in Nashville: $31.3M
Not only did last season's FCS championship game draw some of its highest TV viewership, attendance, and social media engagement, but it was also a very successful weekend for Nashville in its debut year hosting the game.
The Nashville Sports Council tells me the FCS championship weekend brought in an estimated $31.3M in spending. That number is in line with the Music City Bowl and the SEC Basketball Tournament. The average stay was 2.6 nights.
Nashville hosts the title game again this season as part of its 2-year contract. The city will put in another competitive bid to continue hosting the game. #FCS
The Knicks are in the NBA finals for the first time since 1999, so naturally they draw the same opponent.

71% of employees in the UK’s 4-day week trials reported lower burnout.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, let's move beyond "self-care" to "systemic-care."
It’s time for action.
It’s time for a 4-day week. ⏰

We need to stop glorifying overworking. Please. The absence of sleep, a good diet, exercise, relaxation, and time with friends and family isn’t something to be applauded. Too many people wear their burnout as a badge of honour. And it needs to change.

Carolina played against two teams today and only lost by two points. That’s worthy of a playoff berth, IMO.
NCAA football replay is a joke. I don’t have a rooting interest, but North Texas totally got jobbed.
Why don’t they have cameras DIRECTLY DOWN THE GOAL LINE?!?!

The 2025 Colorado Rockies are worse on paper than the 2024 White Sox, but even they couldn't quite get to 121 losses in a season. What did the Sox have that the Rox lacked that made them so good at losing? soxmachine.com/2025/09/the-2…
I do not have kids, but this story is horrifying and eye-opening. One of the most important articles I’ve read in a while.
The profile pic was a pretty girl. The DM seemed harmless - “hey.”
For Jordan DeMay, among a targeted group of teen boys, often high school athletes, this was danger coming in the middle of the night to his small, remote town.

Hey @Plesac19 please make sure that your temporary partner knows that Josh Lowe (low) and Brandon Lowe (rhymes with now) are two different players on the Rays roster. When Josh was batting, Jon had him confused for Brandon (getting named to All-Star team after battling injuries).
