I'm reading "The Crimson Court" by fellow author Brendan Noble.
Expansive world-building... a unique and intriguing magic system... compelling characters... What more could you want from epic fantasy?
The first draft of "Kill Crawl or Die" is up to 58,300 words! Usually, I plot and outline more before I start writing a book, so I'm doing a lot more figuring and rewriting with this one. Still making steady progress!

We saw Castle Rat in Minneapolis! Was there with the @HardRockCzar Awesome show! Great music! Incredible theatrics! I love this band.
I read "The Bones on Black Spruce Mountain." I first read this book in 5th Grade, and it was the first "real book" I remember reading. And it stuck with me over all the years. So I went and found a copy and enjoyed reading it the second time, maybe even more than the first.
Update on the first draft of "Kill Crawl or Die." So far, in the document, I've written 47,177 words. But... I've got a lot scribbled down in my notebook so I'm pretty sure I'm over 50,000 by now. Creeping and crawling closer to that pivotal Act 3 Break.
