The Haiku Handicapper is back in business for tomorrow's Breeders' Cup Juvenile, assuming the entire field doesn't just scratch out of it first. paulickreport.com/features/h…
Really struggling with my Haiku Handicapper picks for the BC Classic. I keep going between "this is an incredibly rich, deep field where nearly everyone has at least a semi-legit chance at winning" and "just pick Forever Young, stupid."

I reserve the right to reserve final judgement until I get a look at him in-person, but Ottinho priced at $7,500 could make him very spicy for this year's All-Value Sire Team's Rookie division. paulickreport.com/news/blood…
Interesting comments from trainer Bill Mott on using draw reins in the mornings on @BreedersCup Classic contender Sovereignty. Kudos to @_betbailey for asking the question during today's presser. patreon.com/paulickreport/po…
We’re on the brink of a matchup we haven’t seen in the @BreedersCup Classic in 35 years: Derby winner vs. Derby winner.
I asked the trainers of Sovereignty & Golden Tempo to size up their classic-winning counterparts ahead of the race. paulickreport.com/news/breed…
Two all-time greats, trainers Aidan O’Brien and Bill Mott, greeted each other at today’s @BreedersCup media conference.

Though Joe Pickerrell has been responsible for Breeders’ Cup winners in the past, he comes to the event as a co-owner for the first time with Juvenile Turf contender Let Em Know. #BC26

Let Em Know's bid for the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf might look like a case of deja vu for @PickViewLLC, who consigned 2019 Juvenile Turf winner Structor. But this time, it's personal. paulickreport.com/news/breed…

I just found out there’s a band called Racing Mount Pleasant that formed in Ann Arbor, MI, and got really excited that I’d found a band that truly gets me.
Then I went on their Wikipedia page and learned the band name was inspired by a road sign in Wisconsin.
I am furious.
Always nice to see what can be accomplished when different industry groups team up. We're already seeing the dividends in the early days @MyRacehorse's Indiana Racing Club. I spoke to MRH's Nikki Morris about the club's goals & what's already been achieved paulickreport.com/news/blood…

Every horse that goes to @RRP_TBMakeover faces a unique set of challenges, but few saw a turnaround from their final start to the Makeover as fast as Donut God, who ran his last race in April for @flyingdutchky, and was retrained for the event in October. paulickreport.com/horse-care…
Veteran sire Violence is set to begin a quieter life as a private stallion at Newtown Anner Stud, but what will that life look like, and why was it important for his new owners to buy out their partners? I spoke with Hanzly Albina about just that. paulickreport.com/news/blood…
