Any so called rankings for 2031 QBs that does not have @TrammellFoote in it is outright laughable 😂. Get whoever you want on that list and meet me at the 50 w Tram. Won’t take long to realize I’m right. #TheStable @CJBennett_08 @BigCountyPreps1

We’re missing the point in FL. It’s always coach pay, transfer rules, and other issues, but somehowthe focus shifted from what’s best for kids to what makes adults happy. Every decision should start is it in the best interest of the kid. If not, we’re focused on the wrong things.

One of the highest paid football players in the world takes days off to rest and recover. Yet I have youth QBs who play in three leagues, try to play 5 sports at a time, throw multiple times in a day, etc. Rest and recovery is a huge part of development!!
Looks like another day off from throwing for #Chargers QB Justin Herbert. Herbert said last week that he would be taking a day off weekly at least through the spring. Rest for the arm and extra focus on footwork.

Sean McVay on the danger of letting ego distort your leadership. “When I’ve been at my worst, the sh*t’s been a lot more about me than I realize.” The chase for winning, validation, or relevance can slowly pull you away from the leader you originally wanted to become. Love this reflection question that Sean offers here: Who are you becoming as a result of what you’re chasing? 📹: Bussin' with the Boys
