🚨 FULL LIST: Why are these 86 names everywhere?
This is NOT a random list. These names came up in 5 different reports. Here is the explanation:
*1. Oquilia Investigation - 24 Oct 2026*
This is where the Ampire story broke. 1 borrower got 13 loans in 4 months, 6 loans in just 2 days, at 457% - 606% annual rate. This report named the core Ampire brands.
*2. Ampire's Own Website + RBI List - 5 Oct 2026*
RBI's official Digital Lending Apps list (1,041 apps) shows which NBFC is behind which app. Ampire's own Interest Rate Policy says it operates as Salaryadda, F1 Speed Loan, Snap Paisa, Fast Paisa, SalarySetu. That is how we confirmed the 7 Ampire apps.
*3. Sprouts News - Payday Harassment Report*
Sprouts named Salary Adda, Salary Setu, Tap4Credit and others in its RBI & Cyber Cell action report. This is the report that linked harassment to recovery agents.
*4. Hyderabad FIR - 9 Oct 2026 - New Indian Express*
Cyberabad Police booked loan apps after a 38-yr-old techie paid Rs 1.79 Cr for Rs 1.56 Cr loans - Rs 22.9 Lakh extra. Agents used 63 numbers, circulated his photo as "Fraud Person" and harassed family/employer. This proved harassment is criminal.
*5. LinkedIn Borrower Threads + Bengaluru Civil Suits*
Dozens of borrowers posted screenshots on LinkedIn naming 50+ apps - Fatak Paisa, Emergency Paisa, Tufan Loan, Duniya Finance, SalaryOnTime, etc. Bengaluru courts also have 3 civil suits (O.S. 4474/2026, 1302/2026, 6654/2026) listing Ampire + other NBFCs together.
*Why so many names?*
Because one NBFC uses 5-7 app names, and borrowers trapped in one app are forced to borrow from another to repay the first. That's the debt trap.
Only 7 are confirmed Ampire. The rest are from the wider ecosystem - do NOT assume all are Ampire.

Digital lending and loan recovery harassment is becoming a serious social concern in India.
Threatening calls, intimidation, workplace harassment, threats to contact family members, misuse of personal data and relentless recovery tactics are pushing financially distressed middle-class borrowers into severe mental and emotional distress. The consequences can be devastating, with lives and families being affected.
Borrowing money is not a crime. Financial difficulty does not give lenders or recovery agents the right to violate a person's dignity, privacy and legal rights.
I sincerely appeal to national and regional media houses to investigate this issue, speak to affected borrowers, examine the practices of digital lending platforms and hold the concerned institutions accountable.

If any bank/recovery agent/loan lender/loan provider harasses/tortures/threatens you due to debt, don't be afraid. Make a recording/video recording. File a complaint. Don't take any wrong steps. Taking a loan is not a crime. Not paying EMIs/loans when your financial situation is bad is also not a crime. The Supreme Court has also said: Supporting your family is more important than paying EMIs/loans! Don't consider yourself a criminal/culprit. A criminal is one who violates RBI guidelines. Illegally collecting interest rates above 13% per annum is a crime. Organize and make your voice heard by the government. Be a part of the debt liberation campaign.

Has a loan recovery agent visited or called you with your exact loan details, but when you complain, the Bank/NBFC claims, "We don't know this person"?
This is a dangerous loophole. Here is what is actually happening and how to fight back. 👇
🚨 The Reality:
Banks use strict RBI-registered recovery agencies. However, rogue internal employees or agencies often secretly leak your private financial data to unvetted local goons. This allows them to harass you while giving the bank "plausible deniability."
🛡️ Your Immediate Defense:
• Refuse to open the door or pay a single rupee.
• Start video recording immediately.
• Demand their Employee ID, DRA Certificate, and Bank Authorisation Letter.
• If they know your loan details but lack papers, it is a massive DATA BREACH.
⚖️ Legal Steps to Crush This:
• Call 112 & file a police complaint for criminal impersonation/extortion.
• Email the Bank’s Principal Nodal Officer (PNO) holding them strictly liable for leaking your data.
