🚨 EMERGENCY IN KPK. THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE.
As emergency measures take hold in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the province faces an unprecedented political crisis. Here’s a look at the situation on the ground as tensions continue to rise.
Provocation & Confrontation of military, towards civilians, in a Nuclear Armed Country is a serious Global Security Threat @UNFCCC @MoeedNj

The overthrow of the elected government in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa will likely have several severe consequences:
• Heighten local alienation and insecurity: The move will further alienate the local population while worsening the overall security situation in both the region and Pakistan as a whole.
• Increase terrorism: It creates a political vacuum that facilitates increased recruitment and operational opportunities for the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
• Empowere secessionism: The resulting instability will strengthen Pashtun secessionist movements.
• Damage Pakistan's international standing: This action will further tarnish Pakistan's image in the West. The Pakistani regime is already classified as authoritarian by the Democracy Index, and this move deepens that perception.
These developments in turn create opportunities for Pakistan's regional rivals to increase support for groups challenging the security establishment and its strategies causing it to overextend and weaken.
The architects of this intervention probably hope that it will undermine support for Imran Khan and fragment his political base. However, this strategy risks strengthening extremist forces—though sadly, that is an outcome the establishment may actually welcome, on the theory that a chaotic environment makes their authority more relevant. Be careful what you wish for!
Imran Khan, his supporters and other democratic forces must rise with an effective counter strategy of their own.

"Pakistan belongs to its people, not its military." - Kasim Khan @Kasim_Khan_1999
Democracy is of the people, by the people, and for the people—and in a democracy, the people are the power. A nation is defined by its citizens, not controlled by its establishment.
True authority resides in the hands of the public, not behind closed doors.

It is high time to impose sanctions on Asim Munir, the butcher and shameless, power-hungry dictator who continues to abuse his authority.
This shameless butcher Asim Munir is so sick and ruthless that he terrorised the families of MPs just to force laws through Parliament that would bring the Supreme Court and every other court under his boot.
In Pakistan, there is absolutely no rule of law left. The law is whatever this butcher wants it to be.

The Pakistani "rogue army," which misleads the public, claiming to uphold democracy, has sunk so low for its own gain that, even as it drains Pakistanis like leeches, its greed remains endless.

Through intimidation, violence & mass arrests, the establishment has managed to silence Punjab & Sindh to some extent.
If Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit & Balochistan also remain silent & fail to resist, Imran Khan’s life could be put at even greater risk.
