We flippantly talk about the coaching carousel but struggle to appreciate the real/human moments. A new beginning for a program and the new families dedicated to serving it.
I wish the program the best. I know the community and Academy will enjoy Joe and his family.
Excited for brother Joe @CoachCrispin and his new endeavor with @AF_MBB
Particularly given the amount of Air Force puns that perfectly align with how Joe wants to play.

This is fun. Nephew Elijah Crispin….with a little Braden Smith in his game.
Coolest thing is that he just loves to play. A competitor who plays with joy is a good dude to be on the floor with. Brother Joe / @CoachCrispin and I would have benefited from Elijah’s demeanor.

Good stuff from the nephew. Love the post game cheeser pic….about as much as I dig him dropping 41. Elijah plays with a certain 'joy' that you rarely find within the business of basketball.
The joy part cannot be sacrificed if we want to see the game thrive. CC: The NBA
Player of the Game: Elijah Crispin, son of former @PennStateMBB guard Joe Crispin, scored a game-high 41 points (per home book) in Pitman’s 66-58 win over Overbrook. Crispin thrived attacking downhill, made the proper reads, and hit clutch👌’s down the stretch. @SJSportsZone 🏀

Forgot to send this out yesterday. Joe and I discussing the Coaching Carousel and some Transfer Portal philosophies and realities.
Next up, we'll discuss what brother Joe would do with the PSU program. Let's just say, he's got a vision.

Congrats to Shrews and the @PennStateMBB family on a terrific season…full of hope and joy. Many 'has-been' Nittany Lions are proud.
We know it’s not the easiest job in CBB and winning there can be challenging. This team was special.

Flush the metrics when it comes to winning games in the tourney.
Winning in conf is different than the NCAA. Assimilate to win in conf…get bounced early in March.
Fragility is disguised as toughness in conf play. Exposed as a limitation in the NCAA Tournament. Just ball! – at Pitman, NJ

Yes! This is tremendous. I forget most of our on-air nonsensical conversations but this was good.
Glad to find others who find the Philly/South Jersey accent to be beautiful and blissfully rhythmic.
