I'm all but off "X". For exceptionally worthy referrals I'll make an exception. This is one of them.
The Trump-to-down-ballot dropoff across the swing states is unprecedented; the cause for that is unclear and cannot be attributed to bullet ballots without more evidence. What's needed is examination of some of the paper ballots that are supposed to make our elections so secure.
