Proud coach moment, gotta brag a bit.
@Typeccioli played 4 summers with me and went off to have a successful career at @Marian_Baseball.
After just a few weeks in the @CalWinterLeague, he just signed his first pro contract with @FLProBaseball. Incredibly proud, go get em kid!

Hear it all the time:
“One more”
“End on a good one”
BUT-
There may be more benefit from having to work through the “failure” between rounds than “feeling good” after each.
After all, isn’t that how the game works at times?
We have to live with our last one.
Practice it.

We control our behaviors.
With an average of 70,000 thoughts a day, there is no way to “control” thoughts.
Shift attention to actions/behaviors/the environments we’re in.
Those are the “controllables”
Not thoughts.

What you achieve is directly related to what you put in.
If your work ethic and goals don't line up, something has to change. Most people sell themselves short and lower their bar. Don't be most people. Keep your sights high, and RAISE the bar. Change what most won't: your work.
