David Crowley has steered over $65 million federal tax dollars to a housing non-profit that employs his wife.
His wife started working at Community Advocates in 2020, the same year he was first elected Milwaukee County Executive.
Milwaukee County has since distributed more than $65 million in federal rental assistance through its partnership with Community Advocates.
Did he disclose this as a conflict of interests? Did his family personally profit from this aid?

It should go without saying, but this is disqualifying conduct for someone running for Governor.
Oh man. Apparently, Crowley is approving millions in contracts to a non-profit where his wife works without disclosing the conflict. Yikes. @TheJusticeDept must investigate. This is a federal money.

Old map: City of La Crosse (heavily liberal) stays in one place and gets one liberal representative.
New map: City of La Crosse gets sliced into 3 districts so a conservative voter from rural La Crosse County, Monroe, Trempealeau, and Vernon Counties now have to share representatives with the liberal City of La Crosse.
Apparently “fair maps” means the countryside has to absorb the city’s politics. Sharing is caring, right?
