The Democrats now completely control Texas. They can un-gerrymander the state and repeal all the voter supression laws. Republicans aren’t winning Texas in 2028.
And this is why Hakeem is a non starter as Speaker.
So my prediction is - if they don’t immediately start impeachment hearings - is that Trump is going to sign off on a number of Dem bills to try and attach himself to a win.
