Dude why is Notre Dame storming the field

20th college football stadium. Felt like I stepped into my childhood TV on CBS with Verne Lundquist on the call. I continue to curse teams with my presence but the experience was as advertised. Invited into tailgates with food and drink & both fan bases were a good time.

We were never going to be very good with this roster and the year is more about growth and establishing a program.. But damn, it sucks to feel like any slight bubble hopes we might have just took a massive hit in Game 1. Going to be hard to get fan buy-in the rest of the way.

Thank god we have K-State basketball on Tuesday to distract us from football

Mahomes getting sacked on 4th and goal for the game felt a lot like Will Howard in that K-State game in Austin 2023

Welp. We just lost the division. Broncos have a substantially easier schedule the rest of the way.

Calling a pass AND taking a sack on 3rd and 2. Calling a field goal attempt AND missing give them a short field. Giving up a long play AND tackling them to let them kill the clock. Insane stretch of errors.

Butker just lost the game. Bye.

So annoying to give up over a minute of game clock for the same result to happen anyway.

Just a massive game for the Chiefs today. Huge difference between 6-1 with 5-3 Broncos vs 5-2 with 6-2 Broncos and them having a much easier schedule the rest of the way.
