I don't know which app you used to buy the airtime, but some banking apps allow you to dispute a transaction and get your money reversed.
I once tried to buy airtime on my Zenith Bank app without changing the number. It was still my old 9mobile line, which I used to register my BVN. I wanted to buy airtime for my current Airtel line, but I had already been debited before I noticed the mistake.
I simply reported it as a "wrong number," and my money was reversed. OPay does this too.
I mistakenly recharged ₦20,000 airtime to this number, 08061291669, instead of my own number. I missed just one digit. 😭
I called the number immediately and explained what happened. The person was initially speaking English, but the moment I mentioned the mistaken recharge, they switched to speaking Igbo. 😂
Na so my ₦20,000 just waka go like that.
Please, is there anything I can still do to recover my money? Has anyone experienced this before?

I was so lucky that my internal organs were not affected.
I tried to still play after it. Asper hard guy. After 5 minutes, I was subbed out.
Because of my experience, I know this act by FC Andorra’s Gk, Owono was intentional.
Even in my case; you can see I avoided the goal keeper. He still came to take my life. I was out for 2 weeks. To the glory of God.
They need to interrogate that goal keeper.
