What does progress for women in motorsports really look like? For me, it’s reaching a point where women aren’t viewed as the exception, they’re simply drivers competing, developing and working toward the next level. I’m incredibly proud to be a woman in motorsports and to know that what I do on the track might help another young girl see a place for herself in this sport. At the same time, real progress means creating more opportunities for more women to compete, learn and build careers over time. In my latest blog, I share my perspective on moving the conversation beyond finding the “next” female driver and toward building a stronger pipeline of talent, supported by teams, partners and organizations willing to invest in long-term development.
