Working with Dr. Laurel Mines has helped me with the mental side of basketball. It has improved my focus on how I prepare for games and handle set backs with confidence. It’s not just physical, your mindset is the MVP. Her program has elevated my game.

On the court I won’t always be perfect. Mistakes can happen and frustration can build, but I can remain confident because of the work I have done with Neuro Training (Nate Biddulph) and mental performance coaching (Dr. Laurel Mines). I am rewiring my brain to stay confident.

‼️4 Year Coaches‼️
Josh Rivers - @JoshRiversJr
Chesapeake College (MD)
6’4 Wing - Class of 2025
Highlights from our scrimmage. Josh is a knockdown shooter off the catch-and-shoot, and one dribble pull-up.
4 year coaches, he is still available.
Get your head in the game! I have learned from Dr. Laurel Mines and Nate Biddulph (The Original Neuro Skills Coach) that means focusing on what is happening moment by moment and then taking action.
How good can I be if I have no doubt on the court? Mental performance coaching and Neuro Skills with Laurel Mines and Nate Biddulph is helping me see how good I can be by maintaining confidence on the court.
Made a decision this summer that I was hungry to be an elite player. Started working with Dr. Laurel Mines of Bay Laurel Athletics/Stanford University and the Original Neuro Skills Coach Nathan Biddulph to improve mental performance. Let’s work!
Excited to announce my commitment to play basketball for @skipjacksmbball this fall. Thank you to @CoachSachs for this opportunity. Roll Jacks!
We would like to welcome Josh Rivers Jr. to the Chesapeake College family. Josh is a graduate of Archbishop Spalding High School in Maryland. Josh has signed to be part of Skipjack Nation. Welcome to the family Josh!
