Using "MNPI" as an excuse to avoid disclosing corporate enforcement actions doesn't hold up legally.
MNPI regulates insider trading—it doesn't prohibit management from enforcing IP rights or issuing public disclosures when material steps are taken. Once leadership publicly speaks on an issue(which Adam has done three times, hiding behind selective silence risks breaching the duty of candor to shareholders(is also a form of negligence / someone needs to educate John). I’m not going away Share integrity is paramount to me as a shareholder - there is no room for error delay or pure negligence. Mr. Merriwesther I look forward to you correcting your responses.
Stop hiding behind MNPI excuses. Issue the cease-and-desists, update the owners, and protect $AMC. PERIOD!

Shut down the unauthorized AMC tokens, wipe out the counterfeiters, and $AMC jumps 300% easily within 3 days. I’ve looked for every single rational reason why @AMCTheatres leadership hasn't formally hit Robinhood, Coinbase, eToro, and the rest with cease-and-desist demand letters—and there isn't one. The play is clear: enforce our intellectual property, cut off the synthetic dilution, and force price discovery back to the lit exchange! @CEOAdam can you give us a reason! Another day of trademark infringement and another day of company negligence @CEOAdam … I’m not going away … I want the equity of $AMC share value restored - by putting an immediate stop to the trademark infringements committed by @RobinhoodApp @coinbase @etoro @solana and others - if Nike was to start selling Under Armor in a foreign exchange - Under Armor would put an immediate stop to it -the case would be handled in U.S. courts not “Jersey” regardless of law changes in “JERSEY”.. but it’s been happening to $AMC for years and they’ve been advertising it on social media platforms i.e “On Chain” so the infringement has occurred in the United States. But yet we get deflection through Xwitter posts - as if part of a script?!?!!!! All records are being kept - this crime is a civil one- as the bad actors have robbed share value from the shareholders through synthetic dilution - civil punitive damages are stacking per day per offense for any/all infringement and NEGLIGENCE!

Yesterday, I announced this will be my last season watching the NFL.
It’s not just the gambling commercials, Jason Kelce, and the international slopification of the sport.
The game isn’t the same. It’s not close to what made it great. The referees control the game with calls and no-calls, just like the NBA.
There is no flow to a game. The natural energy is gone because almost every play is flagged and/or reviewed.
It feels like I spend 3 hours of my life watching 10 minutes of action that is open to subjective interpretations by officials.
It’s really simple; I am no longer entertained, I am annoyed.
The NFL won’t miss me but I won’t miss them either.

Credit where it’s due—the operational turnaround has been great. But what good is fixing the business if shareholder equity isn’t protected?
Why send public letters appealing to save theaters like Kips Bay in NY, but fail to issue Cease & Desist letters for blatantly unauthorized trademark and copyright infringement?
Why the delay in shutting down platforms like Robinhood, Coinbase, eToro, and Solana from using AMC branding to drive synthetic dilution? What did you actually mean when telling Vlad and Dan of Robinhood that you “weren’t going away”? This goes way beyond "what's the concern"—we need transparency on how shareholder value is being defended.

$GME was being shorted through the retail ETF XRT and on the Regsho threshold list over 100 days longer than the 13 days legally allowed. Then right as it comes off Regsho the leveraged GameStop ETF GMEU goes on Regsho?
This was all done to prevent GameStop's warrants from ending in the money and allowing GameStop to raise $1.9 billion dollars. This manipulation can be traced to the people responsible for it and if the @SECGov is not aware of it then they are grossly incompetent or complicit. I have submit several SEC tips about it through out this whole scheme against the GameStop warrants.

The NFL and the Philadelphia Eagles almost killed Jalen Hurts for a Week 5 international showcase.
The full details of what happened behind closed doors in London just surfaced, and the negligence is staggering.
Before kickoff in London, Hurts was in a hospital bed until 4:00 AM undergoing emergency vascular testing. Medical staff instructed him not to sleep because sleep was considered an active health risk.

NBH confirmed the distribution was sent, yet ETRADE denies custody. Is ETRADE issuing false statements to FINRA to hide a Failure to Deliver (FTD)?

@RobinhoodApp halted all buying for meme stock ONLY and not other stock in market due to Robinhood’s margin issues. One being $AMC with limited purchases for weeks to come.
They later hand picked $HOOD for 24 hr trading, excluding $AMC and $GME.
Now they tokenize $AMC and $GME but not $HOOD.
Isn’t the hand picking who gets choosen shady and odd behavior? They should absolutely be investigated for corruption and manipulation. Shady shit happening with @vladtenev in charge.

AMC Entertainment does not consent to Robinhood creating Stock Tokens to replicate AMC shares in the United States (the SEC requires you to get our consent, or failing that, at least with us to stand down). They are fake, synthetic shares, which could impact our capital structure.
AMC should control our financial destiny, not Robinhood.
