Got a real deal off Tori (like a local Craigslist / ebay I guess?) for a used Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 3 with an Intel i5-12500T, 16GB of RAM (in this day and age!) and even some storage (not much, but it'll do) for only 360 EUR. 🥳

Need the extra compute at home to run some services, so this deal really came in handy. Neat small unit that is whisper quiet, I can see why people build out racks of them for their homelabs.

Installed Alma Linux 10 on it, planning on putting k0s or a similar kubernetes "distribution" on top and using it for orchestrating some podman containers, a Woodpecker builder node, etc.

I have now submitted for inclusion #Budgie Desktop from @BuddiesOfBudgie to @AerynOS_Linux 🥳 I fully expect that it will undergo thorough review and there'll be some fixes I need to do (new to packaging for #aerynOS specifically), but we're closer to the finish line!

I've now updated the #Budgie Desktop stack to 10.10.3 in #Fedora 46 (rawhide). Will sanity check it on the nightly ISO and assuming all looks good, I'll merge it into Fedora 45 tomorrow and check if I need to file any exceptions to get it landed for the release.

I know quite a few folks have been asking for it and well, here it is (coming soon). #Budgie Desktop packaged up and running on @AerynOS_Linux Budgie 10.10.3 is right around the corner, so I'll be holding off on submitting it until we ship that within the next couple weeks.
