Pass the PRIME Act to bypass the meat processing oligopoly that prevents regenerative grass farmers from marketing their beef to local consumers. Good for farmers, good for the environment, good for you.

Where is the lie?
While I find these AI tools useful as an entrepreneur, the idea that the American people need to insure these companies is insane.

How weird is wind?
Contemplation of nature is a forgotten form of worship.
Spend a day contemplating wind as a sign of God for example.
Wind fills sails, pollinates plants, cools our skin, sculpts dunes, and carves stone over time.
Think about how strange and unlikely the existence of wind is and the billions of things that had to align and exist for wind to exist.
The rotation of the earth, the existence of pressure variations, even the existence of something as weird and amazing as pressure etc..
Wind could have very easily not existed and without it we wouldn’t.

There have been a few Gazans I was following on Twitter who were killed, and their final tweets always felt like signs of glad tidings for them. This man, for example, had a final tweet on the day he was martyred that reads:
“The one covered in dust for the sake of Allah will never be touched by the smoke of Hell.” —Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
I remember sitting there, reading his words over and over, realizing how effortlessly he had already written his own eulogy. It made me question what my last words would say about me, and whether I’m living with the same clarity and purpose he had in his final moments.

“I fear it ends up with the Israelis, then it becomes their heritage. That’s what I’ve spent my entire life trying to prevent.”
Awnee Thaher, a retired educator in Palestine’s occupied West Bank, has transformed his home into a living museum dedicated to preserving Palestinian heritage. Every corner of his house holds artifacts, traditional tools, clothing and remnants of daily life from generations past — a personal archive he’s spent decades collecting
The Ocean Cleanup also cleans up my timeline with some positivity. I really love the work they are doing.
Rainy season continues, and we are preparing for a third deployment in Panama City, as part of our joint Seven Basins Project with @MareaVerde_PA. 🇵🇦

🚨Brazil’s labor minister just shielded JBS from a slave labor ruling.
“16-hour shifts. No water. Wages docked so they couldn’t quit.”
He pulled the case because blacklisting JBS might hurt the economy.
🇧🇷 Who really runs Brazil—its government, or its meat cartel?
We’ve been in Istanbul for barely a week and Alhamdulilah. I underestimated how much hearing the athan 5 times a day would affect my heart. Plus all this walking along praying in the masjid daily is doing wonders for my mental well being.
I love the work that the Ocean Cleanup is doing. Such an inspiring project!

Sometimes your chest feels heavy, your mind restless & your heart scared of loss. But this ayah is like Allah telling you gently: "Leave it to Me. I have the Power, and I have the Wisdom. Nothing slips from My control. If it’s for you, I’ll bring it to you. If it’s not, I’ll

A pattern I noticed in successful Muslims: They're terrible at separating religion from life. But great at making religion part of everything. They don't separate. Their work is worship. Their play creates purpose. Their friends pull them to good. Their health is an amānah. Their hobbies open doors to rizq. While everyone tries to separate deen & dunyā, they live knowing it's all for Allāh.
Phenomenal point. Foreign control of our farm land isn't ideal... Foreign control of our meat supply chain through imports of cheap low quality Brazilian beef that is destroying our American Ranching communities is a lot worse.

Mad respect to this brother. Entering a saturated market and becoming the top rated smash burger in London was no easy feat. Retail food is HARD. Now he's aiming to do it again with a second brand instead of spitting out franchises. 🫡🫡
I'm building @PSK_UKI because I want to bring some new flavours to the halal food scene
with simply smashed it was about entering a saturated market (smashed burgers everywhere) and trying to rise above
with peruvian street kitchen it's about introducing something new & fresh!
Finally going to visit @simply_smashed in person tonight. Will report back
