This is such brilliant news. Residents of Central Hove are pretty fed up with sooo many vape shops on our lovely high street, George Street.
Proud that more power is being devolved for our high streets:
• Greater council control over vape shops, betting shops & adult gaming centres
• New planning rules for vape shops, including near schools
• More power to reject new gambling premises
• Closure Orders extended from 6 to 12 months

Care leavers in Brighton & Hove are being urged to apply for FREE bus travel as part of our drive to support young people in the city.
Those aged between 18 and 24 and still living in the city will be eligible for a free monthly bus pass for use during a 3-month pilot launching in September.
