My cousin forgot a $27 payment on a Target card after buying paper towels
It is going to cost him $85,000
He didn't notice the bill for 5 weeks. The day a payment hits 30 days late, it goes on your credit report for 7 years and drops a 760 credit score by 90+ points overnight
When he went to buy a house this year, that single $27 late mark pushed his mortgage quote from 6.25% to 7.25%. On a $350,000 house, that is $235 more every single month for 30 years ($84,600 in extra interest over a $27 pack of paper towels)
And if you call the customer service number on the back of your card to ask them to remove a 30-day late payment, the rep in Manila will read a script saying:
"Sorry, under federal law we are required to report accurate payment history and cannot remove a late payment"
That is a flat out lie
Read the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2). There is zero law in America that forces Chase, Amex, Capital One, or Target to report a 30-day late payment to the credit bureaus
The law only says that IF they choose to report an account, every single data field they transmit must be 100% accurate, complete, and verifiable. The phone rep tells you it's illegal because the screen in front of him doesn't have the button to edit bureau reporting and he wants you off the phone in 3 minutes
Here is the exact 3-step playbook we use to wipe 30-day and 60-day late payments off a credit report in 14 to 30 days:
1. The CEO Executive Office Goodwill Bypass (For a 1-time slip on a clean card)
Stop calling the 1-800 number on the back of your card. Find the direct email for the bank's Executive Office / Office of the CEO. Emails sent to the CEO's office go to a US-based Executive Resolution Specialist who actually has manual credit-bureau override permissions. Send a short note explaining your on-time history, why the autopay or billing glitch happened, that you paid it immediately, and ask for a one-time Goodwill Adjustment before an upcoming financing application
2. The Metro 2 Cross-Bureau Contradiction Audit (When the bank says no)
Pull all three of your full official credit reports from annualcreditreport. com and line up Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion side by side
Check the late account across all three reports: the Date of Last Payment, High Balance, Past Due Amount, and the 24-month payment grid. On almost every file we audit, at least two of those fields contradict each other across the three bureaus (Experian says 30 days late in June, TransUnion says May, or the dates don't match)
If an account reports two different histories to two bureaus, at least one of them is legally inaccurate under FCRA Section 623
3. The Direct Furnisher + CFPB Escalation
Highlight the contradiction on the PDF reports and submit a dispute citing 15 U.S.C. § 1681i and Metro 2 data integrity standards, demanding they either produce the complete verified monthly accounting ledger or update the payment status grid to "Paid as Agreed / Never Late"
I dropped the direct Executive Office email list for Chase, Amex, Capital One, Citi, and BofA plus our exact goodwill and Metro 2 late-payment deletion scripts inside my free Telegram

There are 22-year-old kids making $32,000 a month scrolling Airbnb in bed, filtering for houses with a crossed-out price, and sending a 2-sentence text to the host
They don't own a single property, they never clean a toilet, and they collect an $8,000 wire 4 days later:
Open the Airbnb app in any vacation city right now (Scottsdale, Nashville, Miami, Gatlinburg) and look at the big 4-bedroom houses with a heated pool where the nightly price is crossed out from $450 down to $260 and their calendar is wide open next week
Every single one of those listings belongs to a doctor, engineer or small business owner who is currently panicking
Why??
Because in 2024 they bought a $750,000 house to jump on the Airbnb wave, and they put $65,000 of West Elm furniture, hot tubs, arcade games and backyard turf onto their personal 24% APR credit cards
Right now their mortgage is $5,200 a month, bookings are down, and those maxed-out personal credit cards are bleeding them for $1,400 a month in pure interest AND tanking their personal credit score by 70 points
That crossed-out price badge on Airbnb is a public flare gun telling you three things:
1. The host makes $150,000+ a year at their day job or business (otherwise they couldn't qualify for the $750K mortgage)
2. They are drowning in 24% personal credit card debt from furnishing the house
3. The second they move that $65,000 balance off their personal SSN and onto an LLC business card, their personal credit score jumps 70 points overnight and their interest drops to 0%
While amateurs cold call strangers who don't need money, you only message Airbnb hosts who slashed their prices this week
Step 1: Click any nice Airbnb with a slashed price and an empty calendar next week. Look at the host's first name and neighborhood, then check the county property tax tab (or drop the listing photo into Google Lens) to grab the exact street address
Step 2: Paste the address into Claude with this prompt:
"Look up the county property tax deed for [Property Address]. Pull the owner's full name (or LLC name), mailing address, and public phone number. Then write a casual 2-sentence text referencing their Airbnb on [Street Name] and offering to move their furnishing and renovation debt onto $80,000 to $120,000 in 0% interest business credit for 18 months so it disappears off their personal credit report, with $0 upfront fee"
Step 3: Text the host's cell:
"Hey [Name], saw your place on [Street Name]. If you guys are floating any of the furniture or remodel costs on high-interest personal cards while bookings are slow, we can move $80K-$120K onto 0% interest commercial bank lines for 18 months this week so it drops off your personal credit report completely. You pay $0 unless it funds, want me to check your file?"
Step 4: When they reply, hop on a 20-minute Zoom call, open a $150 LLC for their rental, and run our 3-bureau browser split across Chase Ink (Experian), US Bank Triple Cash (TransUnion), and Citizens or Truist (Equifax) at the exact same time
The bank computers approve $80,000 to $110,000 at 0% interest for 12-18 months with zero tax returns required
They wipe out their 24% personal card debt, their personal FICO jumps back over 760, and they pay your 10% consulting fee ($8,000 to $10,000) straight out of the approval
4 Airbnb rescues a month from your bed = $32,000/month without ever owning a house
I'm running a free live Zoom training this week walking through the exact workflow and the 3-bureau bank sequence

I know a guy in Phoenix making $85,000 a month cleaning up crime scenes that the police refuse to touch
Most people think when somebody dies in a house or a shooting happens, the cops or paramedics clean it up
They don't. They take the body, pull the yellow tape down, hand the family a pamphlet, and drive away
By law, police officers, paramedics, and the county coroner are not allowed to clean up a single drop of blood or bodily fluid left inside a house or apartment
Blood and tissue are classified by the state as regulated biohazardous medical waste. If a landlord sends a normal maid service or maintenance guy in there with bleach, OSHA will fine the property owner tens of thousands of dollars
So the family or the apartment complex has no choice but to call a state-licensed biohazard remediation company
When he first told me what he did for a living, I assumed it was a grim $25-an-hour janitorial job
Then he opened his phone and showed me his bank wires from State Farm and Allstate
The grieving family pays $0 out of pocket
Almost every standard homeowners and commercial property insurance policy in America covers 100% of biohazard, trauma, and unattended-death cleanup under sudden accidental property damage
Because a multi-billion-dollar insurance carrier is paying the bill instead of a broke homeowner, he doesn't charge by the hour
He bills straight off Xactimate, which is the exact same standardized pricing software insurance adjusters use for house fires and floods:
- A typical job takes two technicians in $15 disposable white Tyvek suits about 4 hours
- They remove the contaminated carpet or drywall, spray hospital-grade disinfectant, verify the surface with a handheld ATP swab tester, and leave a $400 ozone machine running overnight to kill the odor
- His total chemical, suit, and medical-waste disposal cost for the entire job is under $180
He submits the Xactimate invoice to the State Farm adjuster for $12,000 to $16,000, and the insurance company wires his business checking account in 10 days without arguing over a single line item
And he gets paid a second time on the exact same house
Because once his crew cuts out a section of subfloor or drywall, the house needs a contractor to put new flooring and paint back in. He hands that job to a local remodeling company that pays him a 15% referral fee ($2,000 to $3,000) just for passing them the insurance claim
How does he get every call in the city without spending $1 on Facebook or Google ads?
He drives around once a month dropping off boxes of donuts and laminated pamphlets to county deputy coroners, funeral directors, police victim-advocate desks, and large apartment property managers. When a tragedy happens at 2am, his pamphlet is the one they hand the property owner
The only reason I know his exact numbers is because 14 months ago he was a 28 year old restoration tech trying to start his own shop
He needed $65,000 to buy two cargo vans, ozone generators, HEPA air scrubbers, and his state biohazard permits. He walked into Wells Fargo with a 735 personal credit score, and the banker rejected him in 5 minutes because his LLC was only 3 weeks old and didn't have 2 years of tax returns
He came to us, and in 20 minutes on Zoom we used that same 735 personal credit score to get his new LLC approved for $75,000 at 0% interest for 15 months across three business credit cards
He bought the vans and gear on the bank's dime at 0%, paid the cards off in 90 days out of State Farm payouts, and kept 100% of his company
Every week I help business owners unlock $50,000 to $150,000 in 0% bank funding, and I teach regular people how to broker these exact deals for a 10% fee ($5,000 to $15,000 per client)

There are 22-year-old kids making $36,000 a month on Indeed. com without ever applying for a job
While everyone else is uploading resumes and begging HR for a $60,000 salary, these kids search for one red badge on Indeed, text the boss 2 sentences, and collect a $9,000 wire 4 days later:
Open Indeed. com in your city right now and search for local blue-collar jobs: HVAC technician, roofer, plumber, electrician, medspa nurse injector, or dental hygienist
Now filter for listings with the red "Urgently Hiring" badge posted in the last 72 hours
Every local business owner paying Indeed to boost an "Urgently Hiring" ad is waving a public flare gun that tells you three things:
1. He already has more paying customers booked than his current crew can handle (he's doing $40,000 to $120,000 a month in revenue)
2. Putting one new technician on the road is about to cost him $45,000 to $65,000 upfront before that employee ever makes him a dollar (a wrapped work van, $12,000 of Milwaukee tools, commercial insurance deposits, and 4 weeks of training payroll)
3. His local bank branch wants 2 years of tax returns and 45 days of committee review for an equipment loan, so he's either turning down jobs or putting vans on a 26% APR personal card
Everyone else sees a job ad. You see a business owner with a 730 credit score who needs $90,000 by Friday
Here is how the play works:
Step 1: Pull 20 local companies with the "Urgently Hiring" badge on Indeed (skip national chains, only pick independent LLCs)
Step 2: Drop the company names and city into Claude with this prompt:
"Cross-reference state Secretary of State LLC filings and Google Maps for these companies in [City]. Pull the managing owner's full name, cell phone number, and email. Write a 2-sentence text referencing their Indeed hiring post and offering to fund their new vans, equipment, and onboarding payroll with $80,000 to $120,000 in 0% interest commercial bank lines this week with zero upfront fee."
Step 3: Text the owner's cell:
"Hey [Name], saw you guys are urgently hiring 2 more techs on Indeed this week. If you want to fund the new vans, tools, and first month of payroll without touching your cash reserves, we can pull $80K-$120K at 0% interest for 18 months across 3 commercial bank lines this week, you pay $0 unless it funds, want me to check your file?"
Step 4: When he replies, you hop on a 20-minute Zoom screen-share and walk his 720+ personal credit score through the automated business credit card desks across all 3 credit bureaus at the exact same time:
- Experian pull: Chase Ink Business Unlimited ($35,000 to $50,000 at 0% APR)
- TransUnion pull: US Bank Triple Cash ($25,000 to $35,000 at 0% APR)
- Equifax pull: Citizens or Truist Business ($30,000 to $40,000 at 0% APR)
Under $50,000 per card, the bank computers approve him in 60 seconds off stated revenue without asking for a single tax return, and none of the balance reports to his personal credit report
He gets $90,000+ at 0% interest to put two new trucks on the road, and wires you a 10% consulting fee ($9,000) the day the cards hit his mailbox
4 Indeed rescues a month from your couch = $36,000/month without ever clocking into a job

I love debt
I used $0-interest bank debt to go from $75,000 in the hole (driving a $900 salvage Honda Civic after losing money on Amazon and an Airbnb) to $75,000 months
Dave Ramsey is probably rolling in his grave right now watching 22-year-olds run this play
He told your parents to cut up their credit cards, drive a beater, and save cash for 40 years
Rich people do the exact opposite. And once you understand the 5 banking rules they use, you never have to work a normal job again:
1. Commercial Credit Invisibility: Personal cards report to Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax and tank your score if you use over 30%. Business cards check your personal score for 3 seconds to approve you, then report the entire balance to Dun & Bradstreet (commercial credit). You can max out $90,000 at 0% and your personal credit report still shows $0 owed
2. The Statement Date Reset: Banks don't pull your balance on your due date. They pull FICO 8 on your STATEMENT closing date. Paying personal cards below 8% utilization 3 days before the statement closes adds 30-50 points to your approval power overnight
3. The NAICS 541611 Override: Applying under "Roofing", "Trucking", "Real Estate", or "E-com" gets auto-flagged by bank software and capped at $3,000. Structuring the management entity under NAICS code 541611 (Management Consulting) unlocks Tier-1 limits ($35K-$50K per card)
4. The LinkedIn Banker Backdoor: Clicking "Apply Now" on a bank's public website caps a new LLC. Submitting through an internal Business Relationship Manager lets them manually approve up to $50,000 per card with zero tax returns
5. The 15-Minute 3-Bureau Split: Opening 3 browser tabs on the same morning (1 Experian bank, 1 TransUnion bank, 1 Equifax bank) lets you stack $80,000 to $110,000 at 0% interest for 12-18 months before the inquiries ever see each other
Best part: you don't even have to borrow a dollar in your own name
Today I'm teaching a free live Zoom training on how I get paid $5,000 to $10,000 per call running those exact 5 steps for local business owners who got told no by their bank
It's for you if:
- You have a job and 5-10 free hours a week
- You can talk to a business owner on Zoom for 30 minutes without freezing
- You want a real skill that pays $8,000 a deal with $0 ad spend and $0 debt in your own name
What I'm covering live (4pm PT / 7pm ET):
1. Why funding is the best business model in 2026
2. The $5,000+ yes: why business owners need you and happily wire you 10%
3. Referral partners: how to get business owners sent to you on a silver platter so you never cold call
4. Your overseas team: hiring the $4/hr VA who does the paperwork while you keep the margins
5. The 5-hour system: putting it all together in 5-10 hours a week

Leaving $25,000 sitting in a Chase savings account while you have a 740 credit score is like letting your wife's boyfriend live in your house rent-free
Chase pays you 0.01% interest on your $25,000 (about $2.50 a year)
Then they turn around and lend YOUR $25,000 to a 22-year-old with a $150 Wyoming LLC at 0% interest for 18 months
You eat the inflation, and some kid uses your deposit to buy cash-flowing assets for free
Here is the exact 4-step playbook to flip sides of the bank table this week:
Step 1: Run the 2-Minute Claude Bureau Audit
Go to annualcreditreport. com, download your 3 credit reports as PDFs, and paste them into Claude with this exact prompt:
"Act as a senior commercial bank underwriter. Scan these 3 credit reports and tell me:
1) My exact utilization percentage on every open personal card and the exact statement closing date for each one
2) How many hard inquiries I have in the last 6 and 12 months on Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax separately
3) Which bureau is cleanest right now
4) The exact dollar amount I need to pay down 3 days before each statement closing date to hit 6% utilization across the board"
Step 2: Set Up a Tier-1 Holding LLC ($150)
Never put words like "Capital", "Investments", "Real Estate", "Crypto", or "Roofing" in your LLC name. Banks auto-flag them as high risk. Name it "[Your Last Name] Management Group LLC" and file it under NAICS code 541611 (Management Consulting)
Step 3: Use the Dun & Bradstreet Invisibility Shield
Personal credit cards report your balance to your personal credit report and tank your score by 60 points if you use over 30%. Business credit cards at Chase, Amex, BofA, and US Bank check your personal 740 score for 3 seconds to approve you, then dump the entire balance onto a commercial bureau called Dun & Bradstreet. You can pull $90,000 at 0% interest and your personal report still shows $0 owed
Step 4: The 3-Bureau Morning Stack (Two Ways to Cash It In)
Path 1 (For Yourself):
Open 3 browser windows in the same 15-minute window (one bank that pulls Experian, one that pulls TransUnion, one that pulls Equifax). Because each bank checks a different bureau, the inquiries don't collide and you walk away with $75,000 to $100,000 at 0% for 12-18 months
Path 2 (Zero Debt in Your Own Name):
Run Steps 1 through 4 on a 30-minute Zoom call for local business owners (roofers, dentists, medspas, HVAC owners) who make $40K+/month and have a 720+ score, but keep getting rejected for bank loans because their CPA wrote off all their taxable income
If they apply cold on chase. com, the website caps them at $3,000. When you clean their statement date, file under 541611, and route them through a LinkedIn Business Relationship Manager across all 3 bureaus, they get $80,000 to $110,000 at 0% in 7 days
They happily wire you 10% ($8,000 to $11,000) the day the cards activate. 3 clients a month is $27,000/mo from your laptop
I'm teaching the whole business in a free live training (why funding beats Amazon and Airbnb in 2026, the $5,000+ yes, getting referral partners to send you leads on a silver platter, hiring an overseas VA, and the 5-hour/week system)

Amazon's "Start Your Own Delivery Business for $10,000" program is the most evil trap in America
You've seen the ads. Amazon tells you that for $10,000 you can become an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, get a fleet of 30 blue vans, and make $300,000 a year as a logistics CEO
It's a legal scam to make you eat Jeff Bezos's lawsuits
First, you don't own a business. Your contract bans you from delivering packages for anyone except Amazon. You lease the blue vans with Amazon's logo on the side, Amazon sets your routes, and Amazon installs AI cameras inside the cab that ding your pay if a driver yawns or touches his radio
Second, look at the actual numbers after you hire 40 drivers at $21 an hour:
- Half your drivers quit every 3 weeks or pee in water bottles trying to finish 320 stops a day
- Every time one of your 22-year-old drivers backs a Sprinter van into a mailbox, a garage door, or a parked BMW, that repair bill comes straight out of YOUR profit
- One workers' comp claim or insurance spike wipes out your entire quarter
After insurance, overtime, payroll taxes and van damage, the average "owner" works 75 hours a week stressing over 40 drivers just to clear $75,000 to $90,000 a year
And the worst part??
You can never sell the company. And if Amazon decides to cancel your contract with 30 days' notice, the fleet leasing company hits you with a $50,000 bill for every tiny scratch and dent across all 30 vans before you hand the keys back
You paid the richest man on earth $10,000 so you could be his middle manager and take the fall when a driver hits a mailbox
I make more in a week from my phone than an Amazon fleet owner keeps in a quarter, and I manage one VA in the Philippines for $4 an hour
My startup cost was $200 for an LLC. I own 100% of my company, I have zero vans, zero warehouse rent, and 94% profit margins
Even funnier: when those trapped Amazon fleet owners, truckers and local contractors run out of cash paying for van repairs and get rejected by their bank for a loan because their tax returns look messy, they call me
I get on Zoom with them for 20 minutes, take their 720+ personal credit score to the automated business credit card desk across Chase, Amex and US Bank, and get them approved for $80,000 at 0% interest for 18 months with zero tax returns
And I charge them a 10% consulting fee ($8,000) the day the bank's money lands
An Amazon fleet owner manages 40 people and 30 vans for 75 hours a week to make $7,000 a month
I help one business owner fill out 3 bank forms on Zoom and make $8,000 in an afternoon
I'm running a free live training this week showing how to start this from scratch in 2026, how to get business owners to say yes to a $5,000+ fee, how referral partners send you clients daily, and how to run it on 5-10 hours a week

I just made $500,000 because he posted this...
He just convinced 1,000,000 people to start a business, and every single one of them needs funding to actually do it
I sell shovels during a gold rush
And the banks are about to reject 90% of the guys in his bookmarks:
Look at the businesses in his thread. $695k for a lawn care company, $750k for a legal service business, or even $80k just to buy two trucks and start your own from scratch
Do you realise how many W2 guys bookmarked this post last night and called their bank this morning asking for $100,000?
Almost all of them get told no within 5 minutes
Because when you walk into Chase or Wells Fargo and ask the commercial loan officer for a business loan, their underwriting software demands 2 years of profitable business tax returns, P&Ls, and collateral
If you work a W2 job and just opened a fresh LLC to buy or start a business, the loan department auto-rejects you on the spot
But that same W2 employee usually has a 700 to 760+ personal credit score from paying his bills on time for the last 5 years
So me and the guys I work with take those rejected buyers to a completely different counter at the exact same bank
We run their LLC through the automated business credit card underwriting system across all 3 credit bureaus on the same morning:
- Chase Ink Unlimited (pulls Experian) -> $30k to $50k at 0% APR
- Amex Blue Business Plus (soft pull after card 1) -> $30k to $50k at 0% APR
- US Bank Triple Cash (pulls TransUnion) -> $25k to $35k at 0% APR
- Citizens or Truist Business (pulls Equifax) -> $25k to $35k at 0% APR
The card algorithm doesn't ask for 2 years of tax returns. It checks their personal credit score for 3 seconds, approves the LLC for $80,000 to $150,000 at 0% interest for 12 to 18 months, and keeps the entire balance off their personal credit report (so their personal utilization stays at 0%)
We charge a 10% consulting fee on whatever 0% capital we unlock
$100,000 approved at 0% = $10,000 wired to us
50 guys funded off a gold rush like this = $500,000 in fees
"Why wouldn't the buyer just apply for the cards himself?"
Because when a normal guy applies for a business credit card online by himself, he picks a high-risk industry code, applies to one bank cold, gets capped at a $10,000 limit, and burns a hard inquiry on Experian. When he applies to a second bank 10 minutes later, they see the inquiry and decline him
He needs $100,000 to buy the business or the equipment this week. Paying a one-time 10% fee to unlock $100,000 at 0% interest for a full year beats taking a 12% SBA loan or a 45% merchant cash advance every time
And you don't even need to hunt down random people in Twitter replies to get these deals
Whenever a thread like this blows up, local business brokers (on BizBuySell), CPAs, and commercial loan officers get flooded with W2 buyers who have 720+ credit scores but can't qualify for a traditional bank loan
When the loan officer says no, the loan officer makes $0 commission and the business broker loses his sale
We partner with those brokers and loan officers, pay them a $1,000 to $1,500 referral cut out of our 10% fee whenever we fund one of their rejected buyers, and let them send us leads on a silver platter every week (while overseas VAs handle the admin for $4/hr)
Let the gurus convince millions of people to buy boring businesses. Selling the money to buy them is way easier lol
I'm running a free live training this week breaking down:
- How to get business brokers, CPAs, and loan officers to send you rejected 700+ credit buyers on autopilot
- The exact bureau sequence that unlocks $50k to $150k at 0% APR with zero tax returns
- The 1-page agreement that locks in your $5,000 to $15,000 fee per deal
- How to run the whole system in 5 to 10 hours a week with overseas VAs

If you work a W2 job and don't have a boring business that pays you $5k-$10k a month on top of your salary...
I got you.
Here are 9 boring businesses for sale today (& where to buy them):
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The "cash flow" figures are Seller's Discretionary Earnings (SDE) including seller compensation for running the business; these service businesses are not passive side income atop a W2 salary and require active management or added costs that reduce net returns.

Genuinely what is stopping a normal guy with a 720 credit score from opening a $100 LLC, pulling $100,000 at 0% interest from Chase and Amex, and sticking it in a 4.5% Treasury account for a free $4,500?
Every time I ask a banker this question they get uncomfortable, because if you know how business card underwriting works, the answer is: nothing
If you walk up to an ATM with a personal credit card and try to pull cash out, the bank hits you with a 5% cash advance fee and starts charging you 29% interest that same afternoon
So most people assume you can't turn a 0% credit card limit into cash in your checking account
People who understand commercial banking do it every week, and when you stack the sign-up bonuses on top of the 4.5% Treasury yield, that $100,000 at 0% actually pays you closer to $8,500 in free money over 12 months
Here is how the mechanics actually work:
First, you never touch a personal credit card
When you max out a personal card on your Social Security Number, it reports to Experian, spikes your utilization to 95%, and drops your credit score 80 points overnight
When you spend $100 to register an LLC on your state's website and get a free EIN from the IRS, you apply for business credit cards that offer 12 to 18 months at 0% introductory APR (Chase Ink Business Unlimited, Amex Blue Business Cash, US Bank Triple Cash, Wells Fargo Signify)
Under $50,000 per card, the bank's computer approves the file off your 720+ personal credit score and stated revenue without asking for tax returns, and the balance reports to commercial bureaus like Dun & Bradstreet instead of your personal credit report
Your personal report still shows $0 in debt
Second, because you open three browser tabs on the same morning and pull one card from each bureau (one Experian bank, one TransUnion bank, one Equifax bank), none of the banks see each other's inquiries. A clean 720 file walks away with $80,000 to $120,000 in total 0% limits in one day
Third, how do you turn a $100,000 card limit into liquid cash in your bank account without triggering a cash advance fee?
1. Direct 0% Balance Transfer Checks: Banks like US Bank, PNC, and Wells Fargo issue 0% promotional balance transfer checks on business lines that deposit straight into your business checking account as cash
2. B2B Vendor Rails (Melio / Plastiq): Paying an established vendor or commercial lease via card-to-ACH rails for a 2.5% fee, which is immediately wiped out by the card's 1.5% to 2% cashback plus the $750 to $1,000 sign-up bonus on each card (3 cards = $2,500+ in bonuses alone)
3. Tax-Free Wholesale Buying Groups: Ordering high-demand electronics shipped straight to a buying group warehouse in Delaware (0% sales tax) that wires you 100% of the purchase price back into your checking account in 48 hours
Stick $100,000 into a 4.5% Treasury account for 12 months and it generates $4,500 in interest. Add $3,000 in sign-up bonuses and $1,500 in cashback and you just made $9,000 on the bank's money while paying $0 in interest, then wire the $100,000 back to the bank the week before month 12 ends
Now look at who makes 10x more with that exact same $100,000
A landscaper or roofer with a 740 score puts $45,000 on 0% for a second truck and trailer. That truck runs another crew and brings in $14,000 a month. He pays the $45,000 off by month 8, never pays a dollar of interest, and makes that $4,500 every ten days
Most business owners like him never find out this exists. Their local bank turns them down for a loan because their CPA wrote off too much profit on their tax returns, and they stop there
Getting rejected business owners approved for $80,000 to $120,000 at 0% is my whole business. I get on Zoom with them for 20 minutes, walk them through the 3-bureau card sequence on their screen, and keep a 10% fee ($8,000 to $12,000) when the money lands. I never lend a dollar of my own money
I teach the whole business live and free on Wednesday at 7pm ET. Link in my bio, or DM me "BANK"

i'm begging you:
- open Facebook Marketplace on your phone right now
- search "box truck", "tow truck", "food truck", "excavator", or "salon chairs"
- filter to listings posted in the last 48 hours
- look for descriptions that say "must sell", "need gone ASAP", or "OBO"
- message the seller before he sells the piece of equipment that pays his bills:
"Hey man, before you sell the truck, is it a cash flow crunch? If your personal credit is 700+, I can get your LLC approved for $60K-$90K in 0% bank credit this week so you can keep the truck and keep working. You pay me $0 unless it funds"
- hop on a 30-minute Zoom and run his 700+ score through 3 business credit cards across all 3 bureaus at 0% interest for 12-18 months
- have the bank issue 0% Promotional Balance Transfer Checks made payable directly to his business checking account so he gets cash in the bank in 7 days
- charge 10% when the money lands ($8,000 on an $80,000 approval)
- he saves his livelihood, and you quit your $65,000 job after your 3rd deal
1) Why does a "must sell" work truck listing convert so fast?
A contractor or food truck owner never sells the machine that feeds his family unless something is on fire. Usually he's getting bled dry by a 45% daily cash advance, or waiting 60 days on an invoice. The listing proves he owns a real business and needs cash this week
2) Wait, how do you get actual cash off a business credit card?
Most people think business credit cards are just plastic rectangles for buying supplies. Banks like US Bank, Wells Fargo, and PNC issue 0% Promotional Balance Transfer Convenience Checks on new business cards. You write the check straight to the business's own operating account and deposit the cash at 0% interest for up to 18 months
3) Why wouldn't the owner just apply for the cards himself?
Because he already asked his bank for a loan and got denied over his tax write-offs. And if he applies cold on chase. com under "Trucking" or "Food Service", the risk algorithm caps him at $3,000
You know how to check his statement closing dates with Claude, file under NAICS code 541611, route him through a LinkedIn Business Relationship Manager, and fire 3 applications across Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax in the same 15-minute window so he gets $80,000 to $100,000
1 deal a month = $8,000
3 deals a month = $24,000
And once you plug in referral partners and an overseas VA, you don't even have to hunt for listings yourself

It is genuinely hilarious how you can slap "for women" onto any saturated internet business and print $50k/month with zero competition
Every bro-marketer is fighting to the death over the exact same audience of 22-year-old guys who have $400 to their name and dispute their Stripe charges.
Meanwhile, you can take any boring, hyper-competitive business model and just re-skin the entire wrapper in pastel colors:
- Credit repair & 0% business funding (For Women).
- Car lease negotiation & dealership concierge (For Women).
- Section 179 tax write-offs & LLC setup (For Women).
- Wholesale Amazon FBA automation (For Women).
Even physical products work the exact same way.
A standard emergency car tool kit in a black plastic case sells on Amazon for $19 with a 12% margin.
Put those exact same jumper cables and tire gauge inside a pink canvas bag, call it "The Hot Girl Roadside Survival Kit," and it flies off TikTok Shop for $68.
You don't even have to be the face of the brand.
You go on Backstage. com, hire an articulate 25-year-old girl for $300, and have her film 12 car-rant videos reading your exact scripts:
- "Why do men act like they're the only ones who know how to get $100k in 0% business credit with a 680 score?"
- "I stopped letting my ex-boyfriend handle my taxes and found $28,000 in legal write-offs in 20 minutes..."
- "Ladies, never walk into a car dealership alone without checking this one number on the invoice first."
Your ad costs drop by 60% overnight.
Girls tag three friends in the comments for free, nobody in the replies cries about it being a scam, and the average customer actually pays their invoice on time.
