10 years is an eternity in football. Dundalk were the standard in 2016, with the Peak6 investment after set to take them to the stratosphere. Rovers weren't challenging. 10 years from 2016 and Dundalk re-established themselves after relegation. Rovers with 6 titles in 7 seasons.
City are promoted for the third time in four years and looking to stay up next season. The Cork hurlers are expected to challenge in sold out stadia. If it's too expensive for kids to go, City will lose a generation. It's hard enough to find a niche in the Cork sporting landscape

Rewatched 'I Saw The TV Glow' there. One of the most visually striking films I have seen in years. Incredible work by the camera. It's a horror film on multiple levels. Jane Schoenbrun's best work.
The Raiders are playing this like Madden with the fake punt, going for it on fourth, and two point conversions. Amazing. Fantastic game.
I've found my white whale after seeing a two point conversion, a punt returned for a touchdown, and a safety in real life. Someday.
RTÉ News: Cork SFC: Fourth time lucky for Nemo Rangers as they edge past St Finbarr's.
Always a pleasure to cover the Cork SFC final for @RTEsport especially when it involves two clubs I have a lifelong connections to @the_Barrs and @NemoRangersGAA

Nothing quite gives you an existential crisis like the Patriots losing at 4am with so many self made errors. Drake played well despite the interception. Defence started playing too late. #NEPats

Star player injures himself to make a key sack to force them out of field goal range and he beats his career long by 3 yards anyway.
That kind of season so far I guess.
Raiders and Bills is very fun. The Cardinals game popping up on RedZone makes it even better. Fantastic late window. Redzone is truly the greatest show in sport.
The Glen v St. Finbarr's is a rivalry woven into the Cork sporting fabric. It has defined eras while rippling through generations. Privileged to have covered one for the national media. Gutted for the Barr's. Congratulations to @GlenRovers_
RTÉ News: Cork SHC: Eoin O'Leary brace decisive as Glen Rovers end 10-year wait.
Privileged to cover another Cork Senior Hurling Championship final with RTÉ
