10 and a half weeks now waiting for a response on why Virgin vandalised my property.

It's now 9 and a half weeks since Virgin rocked up unannounced and drilled a hole in the side of my house. @Virginmedia response... "we're sorry for what's happened. We'll get back to you with an update as soon as possible." Still nothing. Got to be some update after this long.
