I really hope women never stop talking about their health experiences, from reproductive health and pregnancy to fibroids and ovarian cysts etc. There’s still so much we don’t know, and too many women are left navigating these experiences in silence and confusion.
I really believe in the importance of showing up for people you care about as much as you can, so as long as I can show up for people I do.
I have to stop feeling guilty for trusting my gut especially when it comes to slimy no character having a** people

I’ve noticed a lot of men today are more attached to the idea of having access to someone than they are to the responsibility of loving them well.
They want companionship, support, affection, understanding, loyalty, and emotional labor, but often lack the emotional, mental, or spiritual capacity to offer those same things in return.

LL Cool J has announced “Rock the Bells: The Residency,” taking over Las Vegas’ Dolby Live at Park MGM next spring.
The veteran rapper will stage 11 shows across May and July 2027. The first run of dates will be May 15, 16, 19, 21 and 22, followed by the concluding batch on July 9, 10, 11, 14, 16 and 17.
