In OMEN, holders set the price.
Literally. The last big vote asked one question: should the mint price drop from 100,000 to 60,000 $OMEN?
Yes: 4,165
No: 635
37 voters. 59% turnout.
It passed on 22 September, and the new price went live the same day.
Here is how voting works.
Every estate is a voter. It gets one vote per lot it holds, and one more for every 100,000 $OMEN bonded in that lot's vault. Land and commitment, both counted.
A ballot is a signature. Nothing is sent, nothing is spent. Voting costs nothing.
When a proposal opens, the roll is taken that moment. Buying afterwards changes nothing, so a vote cannot be bought at the last minute.
Your estate signs one ballot. Change your mind? A later ballot replaces the earlier one.
When it closes, every ballot is published with its proof. Anyone can recount the result themselves. You do not have to trust the tally. You can check it.
For now, proposals come from the project. The outcome comes from the holders.
Your estate has a voice. Use it.

Who holds the OMEN treasury?
Not the founder. The holders.
The DAO treasury sits in a Squads multisig on Solana with five signers. The five seats belong to the largest households in the collection, counting Solana lots and Bitcoin ordinals together.
To move anything, three of the five must sign. One person alone cannot spend a single token.
And the founder holds no seat. That was a choice, made on purpose: a pure holder DAO.
The rules of the multisig are locked down too. There is no outside authority that can quietly change who the signers are. Changing the council takes a proposal that three of the five approve.
What flows in?
When someone mints a piece today, the price goes to a DAO vault, not to a personal wallet. The treasury is split into vaults under the same multisig, so funds for different jobs are kept apart and easy to see.
Everything about it can be checked on chain: the members, the threshold, the vaults, every transfer.
A collection is only as strong as the people who look after it. In OMEN, those people are the holders who built the biggest estates.
