President Ruto must change his approach to Kikuyu politics. In 2022, I was in Raila Odinga's team and we camped in Mt Kenya — overlooked Kalonzo Musyoka. We still got a raw deal. Ol Kalou should serve as a lesson. Even if we pamper Kikuyus with development and state appointments, they are NOT with us. Only Mt Kenya East and Diaspora is with us. He must carefully invest in our new strongholds. Let them get development and appointments but not expecting anything in return. Invest resources carefully — let Gachagua take his Mt Kenya West. We will still win.
