Strength is 🔑 but speed 🔓unlocks athleticism!
Tracking bar velocity utilizing VBT to assist with enhancing speed is vital. There is a time for maxing out, but it’s not the end all be all…
GPS lets us manage each athlete’s workload individually instead of guessing who’s tired. Faster reps, more muscle, higher neural drive. The data informs who needs rest or more reps!

2027 6’1” 300 OL @KillaSink71 is a major reason, along with the entire Peach County offensive line, why this offense has been so successful. He does a great job in both pass protection and run blocking, playing with a mean edge while showing sound technique at the point of attack. What stands out most is his willingness to finish every assignment and do his job efficiently—snap after snap.
