🤝 Dialogue continues to build bridges, long after the conversations end. 📍 Looking ahead to its 10th anniversary, members of the newly elected Muslim Jewish Leadership Council (MJLC) Board gathered in Paris, bringing together Imams and Rabbis from across Europe to reaffirm their shared commitment to #Dialogue, #ReligiousFreedom and social cohesion. 🏛️ During the meeting with @UNESCO Assistant Director-General for Culture, Nayef H. Al-fayez, the discussion focused on preserving places of worship, safeguarding shared heritage and advancing collaboration for more inclusive and resilient societies. 🕊️ Together, we continue to stand for #ReligiousFreedom, mutual respect and peaceful coexistence. The first online training session of KAICIID’s #Dialogue360 programme has successfully taken place, marking the beginning of a four-part capacity-building series. 🚀 Facilitated by Reverend Asaad Talaat, the session, “Resilience in Conflict Environments”, explored practical mechanisms to strengthen both institutional and personal #resilience, while equipping participants with approaches to transform challenges into actionable tools. 📈 Participants from diverse backgroundscontributed to a rich and engaging exchange of experiences. Reflecting on the session, Shrouq Abu Farha from INJAZ Palestine shared her impressions, while Reverend Assad commended the participants for their inspiring commitment and the #diversity of perspectives they brought to the discussion. At International Dialogue Centre (KAICIID) we remain committed to strengthening the capacities of local leaders through dialogue, fostering resilience, peacebuilding and social cohesion across communities. 💙

🌍 The "Hardware" & "Software" of Migration The most difficult borders are the invisible ones dividing our societies. Yesterday in Rome, we at #KAICIID hosted a panel at the #EuARe2026 to discuss why migration and asylum policies alone are not enough. 📜 While governments focus on the "hardware" of laws, societies urgently need the "software" of #values ethics, and #human dignity to maintain #socialcohesion. 🤝 "Policies can regulate movement and status, but they cannot by themselves generate belonging, trust and mutual appreciation between newcomers and hosting communities. Religious leaders are often the ones who build brudges across divides." We heard from experts and got some inspiring takeaways: 🧠 Lessons from the Western Balkans: Rebuilding trust after conflict offers vital insights for European #integration. 🚀 Beyond Charity: Moving toward active interreligious engagement to #empower migrants as active contributors to the common good. 🕊️ Human Dignity First: Preserving human dgnity must always remain a priority over legal status alone. One week ago today, #EuropeDay reminded us of the importance of unity, cooperation and dialogue across the continent. Through KAICIID’s Ambassadorial Roundtable Series alongside and in the context of the @CY2026EU, we recently brought together the EU Diplomatic Corps, representing 21 Member States, to discuss how dialogue can bridge policy and local action.
