Keryx Labs is upgrading its Explorer infrastructure. At 10 blocks per second, @Keryx_Labs generates a substantial amount of blockchain data. The Explorer's database has now exceeded 1.4 TB, making the current storage setup increasingly difficult to sustain. Tomorrow, November 3, the Explorer and Web Wallet will be temporarily unavailable as the team migrates the Explorer API to a new database. Here’s what’s changing: → Database optimisation: Detailed block and transaction history will be retained for the last 2 months, keeping storage manageable and the Explorer responsive. → Accurate circulating supply: Burned KRX will no longer count toward circulating supply. The figure moves from approximately 747M to 541M KRX, with market cap adjusted accordingly. → Service Strikes: The Stats page will show active miners, miners with 1 or 2 missed blocks, and current suspensions. Counts only, without exposing miner addresses. → Miner Holder Rewards: Address pages will now explain your reward bracket, 24-hour gross production and holding ratio. → Historical data: Older blocks and transactions will display a clear pruning notice instead of a misleading “not found” error. Balances will still be read directly from the node, while AI inference requests and answers remain accessible. → Hashrate history: Charts across all eras, from kHeavy to PoM v1–v5, will remain available. PoM v2 and v3 charts also get more detail. → Pool identification: keryxpool's payout address will now have its own label in the Explorer. The important distinction is that pruning detailed history does not mean losing access to current balances or the AI inference records. This is an infrastructure upgrade aimed at keeping the Explorer sustainable as Keryx's network and data continue to grow. Keryx is scaling its data infrastructure to keep pace with its 10 BPS network.
