At KIWASCO, our goal is to ensure that everyone has access to safe sanitation services, even in areas where there’s no existing sewer network, nor where conventional vacuum trucks cannot operate.
But this growth did not happen by chance.

Today marks the end of a three-day training workshop that brings together KIWASCO staff and Master Operators (MOs), to roll out the newly developed Master Operator’s Capacity Strengthening Framework tool.
Designed to enhance collaboration and sustain gains achieved under the Delegated Management Model (DMM), this multidisciplinary session is structured to drive lasting impact on internal alignment and collaboration.
