🚨This is one of the most disturbing videos of ICE abuse I’ve seen.
In Minnesota, ICE agents handcuffed a pregnant woman, forced her onto her stomach, and put their full body weight and knees on her, refusing to let her get up.
In the video, you can hear the crowd screaming over and over that she is pregnant. They plead with the agents to stop. The woman is not resisting, not moving, not a threat. It doesn’t matter. The agents ignore them, continue pointing pepper spray at the crowd, and one agent even shoves a woman backward, assaulting her simply for speaking up.
People keep begging them to let the pregnant woman off her stomach, to stop putting weight on her body. The agents refuse. The crowd grows louder and more desperate, because they are watching someone who could lose her pregnancy, right in front of them, at the hands of ICE agents.
Only after the crowd begins throwing snowballs is the pregnant woman able to get off her stomach.
And then it gets worse.
The ICE agents begin pepper spraying the crowd. One agent drags the pregnant woman by the arm while she is still helpless and restrained. Pepper spray fills the air, hitting bystanders and the pregnant woman herself as she lies on the ground beneath them.
This is not “law enforcement.”
This is cruelty.
This is reckless endangerment.
This is state violence carried out in public, on camera, against a pregnant woman who posed no threat.
If this is what they’re willing to do while being filmed, imagine what happens when no one is watching.

On July 10th, 2025, I was confronted by ICE agents on my way to work. I want you to understand exactly what that looked like.”
“Not because I want sympathy, but because it exposes a crack in the law that must be fixed. I was driving to my job as a security guard at a licensed farm in Camarillo, California. Federal immigration agents were lying across the road leading to the farm. I identified myself as a U.S. citizen and a veteran, but that didn't matter. Agents smashed my window, sprayed tear gas and pepper spray into my car, dragged me out. I was choking on gas, unable to breathe while officers shouted conflicting commands, even after I complied.”
“They pinned me down, one kneeling on my back and another kneeling on my neck, while my hands were already behind me. I was first taken to a Navy base where agents collected my DNA, and after that I was taken to a detention center and held for three days without charges. No phone call, no lawyer, no medical care, even though my skin burned from the chemicals. I wasn't allowed to shower.”
The assembled lawmakers — well, the Democratic ones, at least — were furious. “Our witnesses today have been, in some cases, abused, smeared, and mistreated by our own government. The Trump administration has told blatant lies about their conduct and their interactions, which we've heard from all of you. You are all American citizens. This is all happening because of Donald Trump, Stephen Miller, Tom Homan, Kristi Noem, and their anti-immigrant and anti-American enablers!” thundered Rep. Garcia.
Stomach-turning, blood-chilling, and sickening are the only words that can describe the treatment of American citizens by Trump’s Gestapo thugs. As soon as Democrats retake Congress, stripping ICE of all of its funding and initiating immediate prosecutions needs to be the first thing on the menu.
THIS CANNOT GO UNPUNISHED.
