Rain will fall Today, Tonight and into Tuesday morning in the Twin Cities with .50" to 1" of Rainfall by time the Rain ends Noon on Tuesday - some Thunder will be possible Tonight from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Tuesday. Temperatures this afternoon will be in the mid to upper 40s with East-Northeast Winds at 5 to 10 mph then temperatures holding in the low to mid 40s overnight with Areas of Fog and East-Southeast Winds at 5 to 10 mph.
Rain ends by Noon Tuesday then Clearing Skies in the afternoon with highs in the upper 50s and Southeast Winds at 5 to 15 mph. Partly Cloudy Tuesday night with Patchy Fog developing and lows will be in the low 50s.
Patchy Fog in the morning otherwise Partly Cloudy and Breezy on Wednesday with Scattered Showers and T-Storms possible in the evening hours. Highs on Wednesday in the mid to upper 60s with South Winds at 10 to 15 mph.
Thursday through Sunday: Sunny on Thursday with highs near 60 degrees then Mostly Sunny on Friday with highs in the low 60s. Partly Cloudy in the morning on Halloween Saturday then Cloudy in the afternoon and evening with Rain Sprinkles possible at times. Temperatures for the evening on Halloween will be mainly in the upper 50s.
