One thing that bothered me in this piece is claiming Amy was professional because her staffed returned emails. they did, declining every request. Then imagine having your staff call MPR and bitch at a producer because you didn’t like a question Tom Crann asked when finally on.

Yet another @AmericanAir uniformed pilot taking a paying customers first class seat. Imagine Apple letting their employees buy new iPhones first. Imagine Best Buy or any retail employees parking right up front and taking customer spots. Very least, don’t have them in uniform.
