Who broke it? The expectation these days is that after doing a full MD, PhD, a residency and maybe even a clinical fellowship, you have to do a postdoc and secure funding before being given a "real" job. Most people don't have that privilege.

Using the @CedarsSinaiMed #echofirst database, we trained an AI model to identify TEE views, and validated its performance on @StanfordMed TEEs to show generalizable strong accuracy.
