The girls had an awesome time and successful trip at the Dells Shootout! Lots of team bonding both on and off the court! On the court the Varsity went 6-0 and the JV 5-1! Lots of great team bonding time off the court at the resort and also at Land of Natura!

One of the biggest mistakes in coaching is trying to keep everyone happy. The right decision is often not the popular decision and those who are afraid to rock the boat usually end up sinking it. - Gary Curneen

The weight room, classroom & working hard in practice isn't for everyone. Then again...neither is playing time & neither is winning.

Went to a HS game yesterday. Had a D1 coach come meet me there to watch a kid. During the game, the team’s catcher would sprint to his position every inning. He’s an underclassman, the D1 coach wasn’t there for him, he is now on that coaches radar. Some things preached at every level - ▪️sprint to your spot between innings ▪️show off your arm in between innings ▪️serious throws in the INF/OF and as a catcher You can be 0-3 and still make an impression
