I'm KABUGO. I work with young ones, graduates, working class and folks who are trying to figure out this life thing. • I coach careers. • I train graduates. • I build men. • I teach money. • I talk faith & purpose. • Impactful leadership. My passion is simple: People should live better. Not just earn more. Actually, live better, lead better and leave something worth leaving. I do this through mentorship programs, direct coaching and online. I show up daily; online and in person... with truth most people are too polite to say out loud. My timeline says more. For bookings, send DM. Organizations, Universities, Institutions, Schools, Companies, Individuals, Clubs, Associations.

Love shouldn't turn a man into an ATM with wedding rings. Some relationships have two people in the photographs but only one person carrying the construction materials.

you don't lose your magic all at once. you lose it in pieces, every time you let hands with unwashed intentions help themselves to you.

Son, If her definition of a "King" has everything about what he provides, ask where partnership fits. Don't marry someone who sees your sweat as an entitlement and their contribution as a favour. Marry the woman who asks "what are we building" not "what will you buy." I love you Son.
Well, I hear some of you are asking the difference between a KING and a MAN. 😂👑 Let me give you FOUR examples for starters and see if you get it. If you don’t, don’t worry, I’ll give you more. We have time. 🤣 1. COMMUNICATION 📱 A man: “Good morning, beautiful. Have you eaten?” A KING: “Good morning, beautiful. I’ve sent you something for breakfast. Have a beautiful day.” One asks. The other asks AND acts. Now, before you start arguing, remember that consistency matters more than one breakfast delivery. 😂 2. THE ONE-CAR TEST 🚘 A MAN with one car: “Baby, I can't leave my car with you. How am I supposed to move around? You and the children can find a way.” A KING with one car: “Baby, take the car. You have the children to drop off, errands to run, and places to be. I'll figure out my transport.” The difference? One is protecting his convenience. The other is considering his family's needs. And before you ask, no, a King doesn't have to surrender his car every day. 😂 The point is that when his wife and children genuinely need it, he doesn't automatically put his own comfort first. A KING doesn't need five cars to prove himself. Sometimes, you discover the King in him when he has only one. 3. YOUR SUCCESS 💰 A man: “These days, you’re too independent. You think you don’t need a man!” A KING: “I’m proud of what you’re building. What’s next? How can I support you?” One is intimidated by your growth. The other respects it. 4 . ACCOUNTABILITY A man: “That’s just how I am. If you don’t like it, find someone else.” A KING: “I got that wrong. Let me correct it.” One wants you to adjust to his shortcomings. The other is willing to work on himself. Now, gentlemen, before you gather in the comments for an emergency meeting, 😂 remember: being a KING has nothing to do with how much money you have. It’s about character, maturity, responsibility and how you treat people. Gentlemen, which category are you in? And please, don’t nominate yourselves for KING before the panel has reviewed your application. 😂👑 KINGS OVER MEN. We’re having a conversation, not declaring war. Or are we? 😭😂 #LetsTalkAboutIt

Lord, some people have polished CVs and dusty shoes from walking everywhere. Make a way for the graduate whose parents have stopped asking, “Any updates?” Let the next phone call carry an offer. Remember them, Lord.

People can spoil your name over tea, but they can't rewrite the day you helped them when nobody was watching. Gossip travels fast; lived experience travels deeper.

Tip Of The Day: Some people will call you proud because you stopped tolerating nonsense. Let them. Even a good person becomes a villain in a story told by an ungrateful mouth.

Heavenly Father, thank You for another morning and for the mercy that has followed our families across generations. Father, thank You for every good thing handed to us by those who came before us, every prayer spoken over us, and every lesson that helped us become who we are. Father, today we ask You to help us break patterns that do not honor You. Where destructive habits have travelled through families, give us courage to stop repeating them. Where anger, addiction, dishonesty, abuse, bitterness, or irresponsibility has been normalized, give us strength to choose differently. Father, we will not blame our ancestors for every present struggle, but neither will we pretend harmful patterns do not need to end somewhere. It is written, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” (2 Corinthians 5:17). Father, make our new life visible in the choices we make today. Let transformation become practical. Father, You gave Israel a new beginning after generations of slavery in Egypt. You brought them out of bondage and formed them into a people with a new identity and covenant. Father, do it again in our lives. Break destructive patterns through repentance, wisdom, obedience, and Your grace. In Jesus' name. AMEN.

When life drags you to Calvary, the crowd that shouted “Hosanna” may be nowhere in sight. Jesus fed thousands, healed the sick, yet walked toward the cross abandoned by many. Learn this early: people may love your blessings, not your burdens. God still sees you.

Your darkest season may introduce you to God differently. Funny how the crowd disappears, but prayer suddenly becomes a real conversation.

When your pockets are empty, some friendships suddenly develop network problems. Remember who stayed, and keep God close.

Sometimes God allows the crowd to thin out, and you discover who came for you and who came for the buffet.

Jesus had followers, yet the cross was His to carry. Some battles are personal, but that doesn't mean heaven has abandoned you.

A hard season can expose a soft friendship. Don't curse everyone who left; some were passengers, not people assigned to your journey.

You know that friend who stopped joining you for nyama choma? Maybe it's not the meat he can't afford. Maybe it's being asked to contribute. When a man loses his job, even his favourite chair at home can start feeling like an accusation.

If his phone has gone quiet, don't assume he's become proud. His pockets might be conducting a funeral. Some men don't need advice about their CV. They need a friend who can sit beside them without asking, "So, any updates?"

Watch out for a family where no one apologises when they wrong another and want to still connect with you like it's normal

Build a family foundation, not just a bank balance. Children suffer when relatives control the leftovers.

Before you call an unemployed man lazy, spend one afternoon inside his head. Don't arrive with a lecture about hard work. He may have sent 200 applications while you were preparing your speech.
