This is what I've been calling "grab breaks" for years, but I looked it up and it seems I never documented them publicly.
It's a 1-frame window for the grab timing. Forces Falco into his DamageAir3 animation regardless of percent, which lasts so long he has to up-B to get back.
Next K-Deo production batch will be in December. Pre-orders (will be shipped in mid December) can be submitted from now on.

From today onward, all orders from my web shop sent to the US are sold DDP (delivered duty paid).
This means that you pay import taxes during checkout and FedEx bills me for all import charges, so that there are no additional costs associated with the order.
Orders from my web shop are possible once again.
For the time being, I can only send to the US with FedEx, and without tariffs pre-paid, so they will be charged to US customers by the authorities before delivery.
