So it’s that time of the year again Hard work deserves to be seen. So Every year, we recognize the best worker on our farm pick them and reward them accordingly This has become a regular tradition now so the boys are already anticipating who we will announce as the winner It’s a very close one this year so the boys have been waiting to hear this year’s winner. Although some of them already know that they stand no chance of winning anything those lazy goats 😂 So our 2026 best worker of the year winner is an Hausa guy from kaduna This guy work rate this year is unbelievable There is practically no task on the farm that he doesn’t know how to do Give him a motorized sprayer and this guy will comfortably cover 3-4 acres in a day. Consistency like that deserves more than just applause. So to reward him we are going to be buying him An Android phone worth ₦200,000 A ₦30,000 power bank I know someone will say why not give him the money It’s because I have noticed the guy uses one small phone and he likes listening to music with his radio So it’s better I buy him something I know will improve his daily life than give him cash that could disappear in a few days. so I like buying them things that I have observed that they lack and can’t afford to buy for themselves.
