Moveset-wise he is the perfect example of people not understanding what silver's abilities are capable of and how he's become so flanderized in modern day to just be "the guy that can throw stuff"
sadly a rework will never happen but its nice to dream
Characterization-wise there's also no recognition of his trait of overworking himself or putting others over him
it's why i love cherry's rework for him because it directly addresses that by introducing risk to him via putting him in overdrive
