VIDEO: LOVE , BASKETBALL AND A DREAM PROPOSAL. Game 6 Pastor Tony Phillips asked Tyana Singletary to marry him. Of course she said yes!
Here’s a little note from Tony about it.
“Yes we are Dream fans!
My fiancée tried to get tickets for the Wednesday and Saturday games unsuccessfully. She finally scored with today’s game! I got her ring Tuesday and was planning to give it to her Friday… but I felt like the Dream game was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Plus she is my DREAM girl! ❤️”

Adding “AI” to your job title doesn’t replace knowing your craft.
AI Governance. AI Project Management. AI Product Management. AI Cloud Engineering.
Learn the fundamentals. Then apply AI.
My latest Substack explains why domain expertise still matters. 👇

🤖 Made with AI
I understand the excitement. You see the job titles, the opportunities, and the conversations about where technology is headed. You want to position yourself for your next career move.
I coach people through career transitions, so I understand the desire to move quickly. But I want you to build a career you can sustain once you get hired.
Adding “AI” to a title does not remove the responsibility to understand the work behind it.
You still need to know how to identify problems, make decisions, manage tradeoffs, and deliver results. AI gives you additional tools and introduces additional risks. You need a foundation to evaluate both.

Should people jump into AI Governance, AI Project Management, AI Product Management, or AI Cloud Engineering without understanding the fundamentals of those fields?
No.
Learn your domain first. Then learn how to apply AI.
AI knowledge alone doesn’t replace domain expertise.

The best thing you can do for your personal growth, is to stop requiring people to hold your hand and have to tell you everything in order for you to get curious about your life and the world around you
I’m helping my ServiceNow Career Rehabbers identify the AI skills they need to build and strengthen to become more marketable, grow their expertise, and unlock new career opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Please keep learning skills beyond AI. There are many paths into tech, and your expertise doesn’t have to revolve around AI.
A few skills to build:
• SQL and data analysis
• Networking and IT troubleshooting
• Software testing and quality assurance
• Business analysis and process improvement
• Cloud administration
• Cybersecurity
• ServiceNow or Salesforce administration
• Project management
Build practical experience, solve real problems, and show the results on your résumé. AI can complement your skills it doesn’t have to be your entire career.

It’s about how leaders build strong product teams, coach talent, and empower people to solve customer problems and create extraordinary products.
Investing in your knowledge can be affordable!
My coworkers looked at me like I was crazy when I said on a Zoom call in 2024 that I was going all in on AI.
Today, they reminded me that I was ahead of the curve.
Since then, I’ve led enterprise AI product development projects and deepened my knowledge of AI agents, RAG, MCP, NLU, OCR, Document Intelligence, Copilot Studio, Amazon Bedrock, ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Build Agent, and AI evaluations.
I still have a lot to learn, but studying daily and applying what I learn has made a real difference.
Bet on yourself and put in the work.
