Wow. No skaam. You know the DA paid for that transformer and arranged for Eskom to install it. You rush up the next day and claim credit.

BREAKING #JoeSibanyoni #BafanaSindane The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), through its Asset Forfeiture Unit (AFU) in Mpumalanga, in collaboration with the NPA’s Organised Crime Unit and the South African Police Service (SAPS), has secured a provisional restraint order over assets currently estimated at R99 million, linked to Joe Sibanyoni and others who are alleged to be involved in organised criminal activities, including extortion. #sabcnews

BREAKING: NPA SECURES RESTRAINT ORDER OVER R99 MILLION IN ASSETS LINKED TO ALLEGED EXTORTION SYNDICATE A provisional restraint order over asets currently estimated at R99 million, linked to Joe Sibanyoni and others who are alleged to be involved in organised criminal activities, including extortion has been secured. BREAKTHROUGH BY: The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), through its Asset Forfeiture Unit (AFU) in Mpumalanga, in collaboration with the NPA’s Organised Crime Unit and the South African Police Service (SAPS). On 28 September 2026, the AFU obtained an uncapped provisional restraint order from the Mpumalanga Division of the High Court, Middelburg, in terms of section 26 of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act 121 of 1998 (POCA). The order emanates from ongoing investigations by SAPS into alleged criminal activities involving extortion and related offences linked to Sibanyoni and others. The restrained assets comprise movable and immovable property currently estimated at R99 million. The restraint order was obtained on the basis that the assets constitute realisable property and represent benefits allegedly derived from criminal activities. The assets include properties in exclusive golf estates in Centurion, as well as several houses and estate properties in Centurion and Pretoria. Luxury motor vehicles subject to the order include Ferraris, a Porsche, a Lexus, Mercedes-Benz vehicles and BMWs. The defendants are also required to surrender various bank accounts and investments to the curator appointed by the court. The restraint order advances one of the key objectives of POCA, namely to deprive persons of the proceeds and benefits of crime. Organised crime, in its various forms, poses a serious threat to South Africa’s economy and communities. If left unchecked, extortion and related criminal activities undermine legitimate businesses, discourage investment and impede economic growth. @eNCA

A black person in Mzansi will send their kids to whites schools; dine in Whites restaurants where there are no black people on sight; scream go bokkeee; trust private Healthcare owned by Whites; but cannot trust the same Whites to govern SA because Whites are racists.💔🇿🇦😭

Replying to @Lesufi
@Lesufi and @MYANC do not respect the intelligence of black people. People of snake park had no electricity for 2 years. Helen went and raised 1 million rand to buy them a transformer and handed it over to the community. ANC yesterday went to snake park to claim this victory😡

Throughout this campaign, we’ve met communities that have gone without electricity for months. For some, more than a year. Today we restored power to a third community. This is our commitment to restoring basic services. On 4 November vote DA on BOTH BALLOTS to get this city working for all! 🗳️⚡️ #BelieveInJoburg #Zille4Mayor

Former @StateSecurityRS minister @David_Mahlobo1 “instructed” the release of a R12-million fund to infiltrate @EFFSouthAfrica, including R160,000 to an official in his ministerial office. This was during the height of the EFF’s vociferous opposition to former president Jacob Zuma. A witness, who can only be identified as "Mr D", said the aim of the operation, codenamed Project Mayibuye, was “weakening hostile forces that continue to undermine the government, particularly the Economic Freedom Fighters”. news24.com/investigations/ma…

Can’t stand this phrase. The implication on some level being residents are pouring water down the drain. No, “normal consumption”. The phrase you are looking for is “Poor Rand Water infrastructure, weak long term planning and incompetence”. Please, be honest.

As a neurosurgeon, let me tell you how frightening this injury actually is - an occipital compound depressed skull fracture treated with a WIDE craniotomy (outer staple line). What's scary isn't the fracture; it's what's adjacent to the damaged skull. The axe blows (that tree-branch scar at the center) hit right over the posterior superior sagittal sinus, a large vein that runs lengthwise between the 2 cerebral hemispheres and carries blood from the brain to the heart. Penetrating injuries to the sinus can carry upwards of a 40% morbidity/mortality - partially because a transection of the sinus can be difficult to repair and can result in extreme blood loss, venous air embolism, or thrombosis - all of which can be fatal. There's scary, and then there's the "you go to elevate the fracture and risk unroofing the sinus, losing 2 liters of blood in a minute" scary. The surgeons likely had their hands full and did an amazing job. Divine providence called many heroes into service that day. Damn fine work. धन्यवाद
