Adding to my last post, @PCFinancial has offered zero, literally zero compensation for the hours (days!) of my time they have taken in trying to resolve this matter. So glad that @GalenWestonJr has his own town, though ;)
Based on my recent experience with @PCFinancial it is my strongest recommendation that you stick with your @Visa card. I have experienced fraud before - it has never been this complicated or difficult. Not fixed yet. And I will be cancelling this account.
Oh, and @PCFinancial - you might want to take note that my tweets are being re-tweeted. This is not rocket science. You know my card was hacked. Remove the charges already.
So @PCFinancial - still no progress, supervisor David ;) Wow, you guys. This is so dismally disappointing. Clear the fraudulent charges, I will pay my balance, and cancel this card. @GalenWestonJr

Please help my dad go viral! He’s the coolest 95 year old around! He filmed this on his IPhone! Please share.
Do not get a PC Financial Mastercard. If it gets hacked - and it will - it will take hours, days, weeks from your life to get them to reverse fraudulent charges. Cancelling mine as soon as this is done. @PCFinancial
Thank you @PCFinancial for your help resolving the issue. Your supervisor who called was terrific!
Word to the wise - do not get a #PCFinancial Mastercard @PCFinancial @PCFinancial_Fan @PCFinancial_MC No customer service
