Robert Hamill was brutally murdered amidst the toxic sectarianism surrounding Drumcree.
His family were then failed by an RUC whose collusion with loyalist paramilitaries has been extensively documented.
Today’s report exposes a catalogue of policing failures, negligence & deliberate obstruction of Robert’s murder investigation.
Almost 30 years later, nobody has ever been convicted of his murder.
Robert’s family deserved better. They have fought for far too long for truth & accountability.

Witnessed the most amazing thing on the train to Edinburgh yesterday. A guy boarded in Wigan & sat opposite me. He went to sleep for an hour.

Every year as we move away from the events of 9/11, I find the images of the towers falling don’t impact the way they use to. I now try to focus on individual stories from that day to help remind me of the emotions I felt. This year I want to focus on the dogs of 9/11
