GAWWDDD my ex-husband could never have a normal conversation with me like a normal human being. He was always trying to rage bait and provoke me OR worse have the same circular conversations over and over again! It took me a minute to realize he was doing this intentionally because 1. he got some sort of sick joy out of it and 2. to drain me mentally and emotionally because after awhile you realize it’s useless and just go silent. Narcissistic abuse is literal actual hell.

I think I want to do reviews like Keith Lee but for church. 😭 Every week, I visit a couple churches and critique the pastor, the message, the choir and congregation.

They’re mad because it adds one more barrier to raping someone. It takes a split second to rip stockings/pantyhose, and now they have to get them out of the way and risk their target getting away—that’s the issue at the core of this

A WOMAN created something for WOMEN, and men took it so personally they sent bomb threats. Over STOCKINGS they'll never own. This is how deep it runs.

Same old f*cking story. Democrats win the midterm elections, and the leaders immediately start talking about unity with Republicans. We the People aren't asking for unity. We're demanding accountability for the abuses of power committed by the trump administration.

The United States of America: its Epstein culture goes deep.
"I was molested hundreds of times in my bed, including the night before competing in the Olympic Games." McKayla Maroney was 13 when the team doctor started. In 2015 she sat on her bedroom floor for nearly three hours and told the FBI everything, including Tokyo, where he gave her a sleeping pill on the plane when she was 15. It should have been over right there. Instead the agent went silent, then asked, "Is that all?" In the video below, she tells the Senate about that call. "I began crying at the memory over the phone, and there was just dead silence." "Is that all?" "My abuse was enough, and they wanted to cover it up." It got worse. The FBI didn't write up her interview for 17 months. When it finally did, the Justice Department's watchdog found the report "materially false." It put words in her mouth. While it sat in a drawer, the doctor, Larry Nassar, abused at least 70 more girls. The head of that FBI office was talking to USA Gymnastics about a job with the Olympic Committee at the same time. She settled with USA Gymnastics for $1.25 million. The deal reportedly carried a $100,000 penalty if she talked. The agent was fired. His boss retired. The Justice Department reviewed it twice and charged no one. The government paid the victims $138.7 million instead. Were those agents covering for a predator, or just bad at their jobs?

imagine gathering the courage to report everything to the fbi, only to find out that their failure allowed dozens more girls to suffer. the betrayal must have been unbearable, especially knowing they were supposed to stop him

She found the courage to tell the FBI everything, and they failed her so badly that dozens more girls were abused. I can't imagine how painful it must have been to realize the people who were supposed to stop him had let him continue.

sadly yes you have to more often than not be a raging bitch it’s the only thing they understand
When you are a genuinely sweet woman, it’s really important to remind certain people that you will beat the dog shit out of them.

I just know this is how my ex-husband will react when he tries dick for the first time, if he hasn’t already! I swear some of you men HATE women. You think because you have sex with women y’all like women but I promise you y’all don’t. Society raised y’all to think having sex with women is the same as liking and loving women and it’s not. Y’all are HOMOromantic and there’s nothing wrong with being gay but please leave women alone. A lot of men I think are at war with their sexuality and taking it on the women they’re in a relationship with smh

They murdered Martin Luther King Jr.’s mom a few years after his assassination, while she was playing the organ during Sunday service, but McGraw Hill somehow left that out of the history book.

Sometimes I think ppl are more offended by the suggestion that they've caused harm than by the harm itself. Their self-concept as a good person becomes the thing that needs protecting, and the person they've hurt is left having to manage the emotional consequences of telling the truth

John Bobbitt beat his wife using military techniques, choked her, forced anal s*x on her until she bled, r*ped her repeatedly throughout their marriage and forced her to have an abortion. On June 23rd 1993 he came home drunk and r*ped her again. She went to the kitchen, picked up a knife and cut off his penis. Threw it out the car window. Police found it. Surgeons reattached it in a 9-hour operation. What most people remember is the knife. What most people don't know is what came before it. In the video below her actual courtroom testimony plays out - and it's one of the most harrowing things ever broadcast on live television. She testified about years of abuse. Witnesses confirmed bruises on her body. She described locking herself in rooms only to hear him prying the door open with a screwdriver. Said when she tried to leave he threatened to throw her out with nothing - no money, nowhere to go. She described being forced into the abortion - him sitting in the waiting room telling her the needles were going to be so big she was going to die, laughing while she cried. Nurses had to take her to a separate room because she was in such distress. She said she felt guilty about it for years afterward. She secretly recorded his insults on a tape recorder to show a divorce lawyer. He found it, heard his own voice and beat her for it. On the night it happened she said she went to the kitchen for a glass of water. Said standing in the refrigerator light every memory came flooding back. Every assault. Every humiliation. Every time he told her she was too Spanish, too small, that she didn't deserve him. She said she didn't remember picking up the knife. The jury found her not guilty by reason of temporary insanity. John was later tried for marital sexual assault. He was also found not guilty. Both walked free. Neither got justice. The case changed American law on marital rape forever. Was justice served for either of them, or did the courtroom simply confirm what the bedroom had already decided?

“I’m sorry you were offended” isn’t the same as “I was wrong for saying it.” One acknowledges people’s reactions and the other takes accountability.

Nah we cool on you. It’s you and then it’s us the “regular” people who you expect to continue to fund your rich lifestyle, while at the same time you expect us to move out your way so that you can get to the front line.
