It's almost summer time, the miserable heat and humidity is on its way. Pro tip: Go by time and feel, not pace, distance, or HR on any longer hard workout (i.e. tempos/thresholds). The weather will naturally slow you down. Lock into the feeling, instead of worrying about pace.
