Just 12 months ago, Estevao was the hero as Chelsea beat Liverpool. Now, the 19-year-old is struggling to convince Xabi Alonso and was overlooked as #CFC exited the Carabao Cup at Anfield.
Alonso: “He could be happier. He wants to play.”

Delighted for Harry Kane. He’s taken his game to another level at Bayern and is comfortably the most complete player in world football. His career has been a tale of resilience and self-belief, which makes his success all the sweeter.
As Movsar Evloev put it so eloquently after his defeat at #UFC333 tonight, Alexander Volkanovski is “like good wine - older, stronger, better”. There is no more debate. Volkanovski has cemented his legacy as the greatest featherweight in UFC history. bbc.co.uk/sport/mixed-martia…
Statement finish from Aaron Pico at #UFC333. Rebooking him against Arnold Allen makes the most sense next, while Lerone Murphy should face the winner of Vallejos vs Sterling once he’s fit, assuming Silva gets the next title shot. Plenty of fun fights to make at FW.
Harry Kane underlined why he should win the Ballon d’Or on Monday with a masterful display against Arsenal in the Champions League tonight. The Bayern Munich and England forward is the most complete footballer on the planet - and has been for some time.

Liverpool are a work in progress under Iraola, but the fight and resilience he’s instilled already is clear to see. Tonight is another example but it’s been a recurring theme so far this season. You don’t come from behind that many times without having something about you.
Rio Ngumoha has been one of the few bright sparks in an otherwise poor first half. Wonderful feet and acceleration to escape a cluster of Villarreal defenders before floating a ball across the box that is so difficult to defend. He’s looked a threat every time he’s had the ball.
Brentford away has always been one of those fixtures you’re glad to see the back of. Given the midweek European trip and the injury issues before and during the game, three points is enough for me. There’s plenty for Liverpool to work on, but today was about getting the job done.
That’s what Alexander Isak brings. He’d barely had a kick all afternoon, but give him the slightest sniff of a chance and he comes alive. That instinct is exactly why Liverpool paid the big bucks for him.

For all that has changed in the UFC over the past 15 years, Bobby Green has remained one of the promotion's few constants. At 40, he heads into #UFC332 in Salt Lake City on a four-fight win streak, with a place in the record books in his sights.

Etihad threatening to sue. UAE reportedly intimating that UK investment could be pulled. A Prime Minister couching any criticisism. If this sorry saga doesn't convince you that state ownership of football clubs should never be allowed, nothing ever will.

In one of his final interviews as Liverpool manager in May 2024, Jurgen Klopp was asked what he would do if Manchester City were ever found guilty of the 115 financial charges the Premier League were pursuing.

✍️ Welcome to the UFC, 🏴 Callum Connor and 🇵🇪 Piero Guaylupo! #DWCS
Incredible pace, intensity and striking from Connor and Guaylupo. One of the best fights ever on #DWCS. Sign ’em both!
Best of luck to Manchester’s Callum Connor, who fights on #DWCS tomorrow night for a shot at a UFC contract. He’s made of tough stuff and will know exactly what it takes to make the jump to the big time, having spent his career alongside many top fighters at Manchester Top Team.
