A few moments back, I just received the most devastating news regarding the untimely passing of our brother, dear friend and comrade Yokana Mbuuse fondly called Kapere Lufotose. A man who made every dark moment light. A man who loved his country and wished it well! A loss so difficult to take in.
May His Soul Rest In Peace!💔
This day, Kapere came by to check on president @HEBobiwine’s condition and requested a flight ✈️. It’s sad that he’s now gone💔💔🙏🏿

That's why you don't have the authority.
If I had authority in this Country I would have abolished all activities concerning hosting a fresher's ball in every university 😒 from what happened at @Makerere last night.
I would replace fresher's ball with prayer nights so that every new student is not exposed that nonsense termed as campus life but being grounded in faith and prayer. Imagine someone's daughter getting drunk and behave in such away.
Whatever perspective we see this tweet, it is immoral to some extent to allow such to happen.
Freshers ball has turned into a shit show for Makerere students. There are always more lumpens from outside than the actual students. The admin needs to start issuing directives like "no student id, no entry".
