It's really very simple. Just comply. This woman loses her 💩 when the policeman asks her to step out of the car. She has someone on the phone feeding her bad information.
What makes people act like this, wanting to question authority? Is it the misinformation, that they can question the cops? This looks like a mental health issue to me, and it's far too common.
