One of my favorite metaphors in the Psalms for God is - Rock. Speaks of the refuge, reliability, and stability found in God. Psalm 18:2, 62:2, 71:3.
God uses common, ordinary people in the work of gospel. You don’t have to be an expert, have a PH.D, or be super talented. Just surrender your life to Jesus, be willing, and He will take it from there.
