It's so frustrating to me how quickly the scene will dehumanize situations. Whether that be the Maven situation, Iconz/Mystic situation, or this. Regardless of severity, we seem to forget that these are all real people and somewhere in the truth of things, there is always a victim who has had their life/lives majorly impacted.
This is a real crime, with confirmed victim(s), and yet it is still somehow the butt of a joke as if it's a subplot of a TV show.
Doug truthfully is one of the most determined people I’ve ever met. He commits to things with everything he has, and really is just unapologetically himself, which I admire. I think this is entirely possible with him training. Plz bring oxygen tho 😅
I adore Charles and Rob and they know that, so this is not at all a dig at them. But what do people consider a “good coach” what are things coaches can do that put them above others, and especially above CDL coaches that have competed or coached in the league for years?

If this was an online event, people would just hack (not to mention ping differentials) and we’d have complete randoms in EWC. At least this way, it forces the NA scene to send actual competitors to the LCQ.
If there was never a plan to stream this event, this 100% should have been an online tournament. Orgs are spending thousands to compete in the LCQ and will now have 0 idea how the matches go. Insane work @EWC_EN
Won’t be going to champs this year. This is the first event (besides Madrid) that I’ve missed since Vanguard. Really exciting stuff coming up in life, but having to miss this is tough.
