Tuswaleko. The Arc of the Moral Universe is long but always bends towards justice......no situation is permanent.
First they fetched Dr. @kizzabesigye1 , and i thought to myself, “nze I am a coward, I don’t do politics, let me keep quiet 🤐.”
Then they incarcerated Counsel @kiizaeron, and I thought to myself, “yarabi yarabi, but also him, why did he shout at the army man? But anyway, he will be out soon. Surely they can’t keep him in for the whole 8 months?🙆🏻♀️ Let me just keep quiet”.
Now the “whole” @ug_lawsociety President, Senior Counsel @IsaacSsemakadde is “eating from the bush”, he is a wanted man 🙆🏻♀️. Two years at that 😭! At first I thought to myself, “he had it coming, his big mouth has brought him problems. But let me just keep quiet, his beloved foot soldiers have gat this, they will appeal.”
Oh but now that I think about it, if I continue keeping quiet and I just keep praying for them, when they come for me, for whatever reason they will use to come for me, who will be left to speak up for me? 😰
Speak up against injustice. Send the flyer to 5 people including all the politicians you know, even an ex of P1 or your neighbourhood group. #Baswaleko. #FfenaTuswaleko.
Let us burn in shame and speak up.
